Appointment was scheduled with a two hour window. Nobody came or called. So I tried calling four times that afternoon and left messages for them to call me and advise when I could expect them. 24 hours later they still have not called back . Their automated phone system does not allow you to talk to a real person. Even if you know your party's extension it goes to voice mail.

I just loved working with these guys. From the owner, to the techs to the office everything went really well. They were flexible and thorough.

Great job, owner came out and installed the surge protector and even recommended and installed a new LED kitchen light. He told me to test it & show my husband and if I liked it he would collect payment in a few days. If I decided I didn't want it he would come back and reinstall the old light. Unusual service these days.

Excellent, I was very pleased with the technician sent out to my home. His name was Sam Carlson. Sam also replaced a recess light in my kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to call Clements again.

The electrician arrived on time and had all the supplies he needed to do the job. He was able to access the panel easily. The installation of the surge protector required about 40 minutes and it was not necessary to kill power to the panel to do the install.

Arrived early and checked the panel, then installed the surge protector. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will use again.

Very well. He did the replacement quickly and also did a whole home surge protector for the house and our guest house. The week before we had our pool pump fail after a power outage/power surge. We are now good to go. Good and responsible service. Highly recommend.

On the day of the appointment they didn't show up and didn't answer the phone or return phone calls.

Mike came in the day I called them and was able to do all the random items on my list without any issues. He came in to see about the electrical issues within my house and determined that what I had been told earlier was incorrect and I didn't actually need all of that work done. I had been quoted (by the other company) over $4K, so Clements Electric saved me a TON of money by fixing what was necessary and not what was nonexistent. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs electrical work on their house.

It was okay. Actually I need a followup on that, to come back out and do some small things. The guy that came out was I guess the owner or the guy in charge, I don't know what his role was but he was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote on the spot, told me what could and couldn't be done and then the service tech that actually came out and did the work was somebody different and the completeness wasn't quite there and then he wrote on the panel sentences about where things were and what he had done. So rather than in nice single or just single words or 2 words to describe what the circuit was, he wrote complete sentences in just really scrawled handwriting on the inside of the circuit breaker panel. And so now I've got an almost $18.00 circuit breaker panel with an essay on the inside of it. It just doesn't look nice. Did they do the work? Yes, did they agree to come out and fix some things? Yes, but when I walk away with a panel with an essay written in magic marker on the inside of it, it just looks like a kindergartner did it. So do I knock a letter off and give him a B because of that or do I grade on simply the fact that they did the work? I don't know. The price was on par, it wasn't like super duper but he did give me some breaks. He hasn't called me back to say they are still planning to come back out. He was free to come and go when he pleased, it wasn't an emergency. I'd probably call them in the future but I'd specify a different tech.

Very pleased with all work. Sam was friendly, neat, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Also felt the cost was a very fair price for the service and supplies. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Electrician was running about an hour and a half behind schedule, but came out and got the panel replaced. He cleaned up the well after himself. He didn't leave an invoice and it was a bit of a hassle, but I talked with the Mike Clements and he was able to speed things along. Did a great job and a really good price and I would use them again.

Overall, I thought he was okay but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend. They can't tell you in advance what constitutes $200 worth of work. They charge by the job not time so, until they understand what the job entails, there's no telling what the cost will be. I have recently purchased an older home that had several 'mystery' issues I asked electrician to look at. He very quickly diagnosed the closet light going out because bulb was over wattage, fixed a 3-way hallway switch and identified the purpose of another mystery switch. The two things that prevent me from giving more stars: 1) I'm still having some problems with some can lights in one room that I think could potentially be wired incorrectly. He said the issue was because the halogen lights were overheating, but I'm not buying that since lights had previously been LED pucks with same issue. I got the feeling he didn't want to mess with it since I had newly blown 18" insulation in the attic. 2) He didn't tell me when I was going over the $200 worth of work. It was only $50 over, but I still would have liked to have been given a heads up. Overall, good service and got some things fixed quickly for a reasonable cost.

It was alright. It's kind of hard to talk to them. Only one person came in. He did alright. It was okay. The deal was all I paid. It's really hard to get to him and tell them what you need done.

It was okay. He left with the mess but he did the job. We can live with the mess. We paid the ticket on Angie's List plus $1000. They damaged the outside of the house. They were polite and they knew what they're doing. They were prompt. They went through the brick and they didn't cover it back up. We had to do that.

He was extremely professional and priced very fair. Would recommend and use again.

Contractor walked away from the job. Was upset because concierge would not let him bring a ladder through the lobby. Contractor told me "I don't go to the backdoor for anybody". I don't know the substance or tone of the conversation with the concierge & the contractor; contractor refused to elaborate. I wasted several hours of my time deferring appointments and waiting and then have him walk out. He may have a good reason for being upset, but acting in a non-professional manner towards me was unacceptable. If he doesn't want to work in high rises, he should not have accepted the job. When I lived in a detached house, I didn't permit contractors to traipse through my living room either. I had selected this contractor based on the superb writeup in the June 2015 Angie's List newsletter. Based on my experience, Clements Electric is underserving of your rating.

Alright. Had an appt scheduled for Sat. he called and asked to reschedule for Sunday. I obliged because I didn't want a service guy out here p***** because he had to take the drive. I don't know what my luck is with these guys. He still seemed irritated he had to come. He keep making recommendations about what may be issue like he wanted me to do the work. But I'm not an electrician and am uncomfortable with doing it, that's why I call professionals. Fan was fixed and no smoke alarms are beeping anymore. So if you want work done, call them. But don't expect them to like it. It's just the vibe that I got. Anyway.

The electrician showed up at the appointed time. It took him only a few minutes to complete the work.
