Description of Work: Replacement of electrical panel. Rick was a really nice professional electrician. My dog even liked him. Trust me, that tells you something. I have already given this company's name to a neighbor and she is calling. I work about 15 minutes away and once I had Rick going on the project I left. The work took about 5-6 hours. I came home and paid him. I will use this company again. Thank you Angie's List.

Description of Work: Original appointment was rescheduled at the request of the provider and then the electrician arrived later than the rescheduled appointment time. He replaced 4 outside up-lights after trying hard to upsell additional services not requested and trying hard to sell us over-priced lights instead of the ones we bought from a lighting supply store. He was finished in 30 minutes, so the $99 "deal" for this service was not cost-effective. As far as we can tell, the installation of the replacement lights was done professionally and competently--it was the late arrival and hard sell that caused the rating to be lower.

Description of Work: Clements Electric replaced all of the old style wall switches and outlets in our home with new Decora screwless wall plates, switches, outlets & phone jacks. We purchased the parts ahead of time from Home Depot & Amazon, which lowered the cost. Rick, the electrician, arrived an hour early (he called about 30 minutes beforehand) and got right down to business. He finished in about 2 1/2 hours. They came out (same day I called them!) and gave us an estimate that really beat the guys from the Big Box Hardware store. We had to have a 40 amp line put in for new range we bought, they put in new electrical panel with surge protection (that we definitely needed) and installed new plugs for our new range, dishwasher and microwave. We also needed 2 ceiling fans installed in other rooms. They showed up on time, did the work, were very professional. Told us if we had any questions or problems to give them a call.....really great people. So if you live in the Dallas area and need electrical work please don't hesitate to call them.

Description of Work: Mike and Rick came about 10:20 AM and assessed what was needed to install a state-of-the-art electrical panel replacing the original 48 year old panel. Mike, the supervisor, then left to see about his other electricians. Rick, a master electrician, picked up the necessary parts and spent the next 5 & 1/2 hours doing the work. He moved items in the garage to do his work and replaced them when he completed the job. Very professional and friendly. I will use this company again in a heartbeat. The added cost was to provide grounding to my out-of-date panel and the newly installed surge protector.

Description of Work: Mike installed an electrical panel and did a terrific job at a great price. I had an issue with the panel on a Sunday and left a message expecting him to follow up on Monday. Instead, he called me back within 10 minutes while he was taking a break on a bike ride. He walked me through the issue and could not have been nicer about it. It is rare to find that level of service at discount rates. Big fan of Mike and his company. Highly recommend.
