From the very beginning to the end of the job, the overall experience was amazing. I felt like they took great card of me!

Two guys came in time to do the work. They smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. After showing them the several jobs I needed done they started evaluating what was wrong. They seemed like it was a bother to be here doing the job especially when I showed them the Angie's List coupon for the work to be done. They said things like "wow, that is a really good deal, we'll lose money on this one." They couldn't fix the two ceiling fans, or a track light that would not turn on and another light over the stove do to needing parts. One of the outlets gave them some trouble because the wire was very short, which is why I called them, other wise I could have fixed it myself. It took longer than he expected and the longer it took the more vocally disgruntled about this job he became. When they left they did not clean up after themselves. I will probably not use this company again.

It went very well. They showed up on time and finished without any hassle. Prices were reasonable

They came to my house in Carrollton to change the electrical-circuit breaker box. They are unprofessional and unorganized. The day after the guy came out for the estimate he called and asked me to go into the garage and take pics of the box so he would know what to come back with! (how many breakers and what amp) When they did the work they left a half dozen cigarette butts in my garage and driveway! There was a 1 inch gap between the top of the box and the sheet rock cut out! That was patched when they came out to do the work I had previously paid for (by check or I would have contacted credit card bank to refuse payment) 2027$ is what I was charged They also used a toilet I had the water cut off to and stripped out the fitting when they turned it on to flush! I talked to the City of Carrollton and they had no record of an inspection or permit they charge 250$ for!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER ALLOW THEM ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN

It went perfectly. The technicians were punctual and professional. They installed a new electrical panel, and brought my house up to code. Great guys, friendly and professional. And the price was great.

Clements did a panel upgrade and fixed a light in our kitchen the work was done on time and quickly and everything works great

The electrician was unaware of the deal's details. But when I showed him the explanation from the website, he promptly completed the work. There was a $16 charge for a circuit breaker-related item, which I would have purchased prior to his arrival, had I known to do so. This was not a problem, but would have saved time for him. Ryan was very professional, patient and helpful.

I called Oncor and they came out, did not do any serious detection and told me to call an electrician. When I called Clements, his man found that the problem was actually Oncor's problem. When I contacted Oncor again and showed them my findings, they re-imbursed the cost that Clements had charged me.

They fixed a problem that actually belonged to Oncor. I sent Oncor and was re-imbursed the fee I was charged by Clements.

Fred from Clements Electric was on time, friendly, informative and did a great job. He even swept up after all the work was done. I highly recommend this company.

Good but breaker box was much larger than previous & was in a bedroom. A few tweaks to the wiring after the fact but clements handled them right away. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

apparently the fan control has a reset button. he pushed and it started working again. however, the fan does not function other than on or off. the whole switch should of been replaced. He asked if i had other things for him to do as i paid for 2 hours of work, but i did not. just a small loose plate that he fixed in 5 minutes. I was disappointed that he did not bring a new wall switch with him as i specifically told them what the problem was i needed addressed.

Went well. They did what I asked them too and were quick. Probably could have done it myself but figured it was worth paying someone licensed.

Clements failed to respond to repeated calls and messages left requesting service by both the warranty company and myself. Never responded...

Putting in new cooktop, but needed a breaker upgraded from 30amps to 40amps plus new wire ran. Guy that came out was great and explained the whole process well, but the price was ridiculous. Was quoted nearly $1000 to upgrade one wire while I know my grandfather just had a completely upgraded Panel and wires for house for $1600. That price was just insane, so tomorrow I have another company doing the same job for $300. People I talked with were great, but price is very high.

The work was done quickly and I’m very happy Clements Electric was able to come out as fast as the did.

We are having frequent incidents of the switch affecting power in the master bedroom being tripped. When we flip it back, it will almost immediately trip again, and we don’t know why. Could someone come to our house and fix this. We would certainly appreciate it. Please let us know. Thanks.
