Provider was more interested in selling products i hadn't requested than fixing my electrical problems. I wanted help with 3 things: Install ceiling fan -- work completed but one part not installed Bad GFI outlet -- provider said it tested good; I replaced myself and resolved issue Circuit breaker popping -- did not fix; advised me to get a new one

When I scheduled I explained the 2 things I needed done and I was reassured twice that it wouldn't be a problem. The day of the appointment the guy was late, although he did call to say he'd be late. When he showed up he told me what I needed done was not all covered in the package. I called the office and got voicemail, so I picked one thing that needed to be done. It took him 15 minutes to complete and he left.

It went fine. They came out soon after I bought the deal. We ended up paying more because we had more lighting work done. There was quite a bit of miscommunication between who would be out and when. Some of the work had to do with some rewiring. It took them number of weeks to get it done. The price was fair. It was good. They were great. They were overextended. They did good work but it took a long time to get it done.

Sam was great. This guy did above and beyond in my opinion. The original problem was that half of my outlets on one breaker panel stopped working for some reason. Sam took the breaker box totally apart and found several loose connections that were arching and causing the issue. He even went underneath the hous to check the wiring to every outlet replacing some older wire. It was hot that day, really hot, and he worked on that breaker box outside for hours and it didn't even phase him. After he had fixed that issue he installed a GFI outlet on an outdoor shed and checked a few other things for me. All in all great experience.

I purchased a deal through Angieslist on 10/26. The provider contacted me via email for my phone number on 10/27. I provided my phone number but, never heard back from them. Wasted a whole week waiting on them. I have requested a refund from Angieslist.

While having other electrical work at my home done, the electrician's helper pointed out that my Federal Pacific breaker box was a known fire hazard and recommended it be replaced. They removed the front panel and sure enough there were charred areas on some of the wire insulation because of over heating. The estimate was around $2500! The very next day I saw this add on Angie's List. I called Clements Electric and they came out and did a great job at the add price of $900.

I purchased from Angie's List a $99 for $200 electrical work from Clements Electric. They were very courteous and were able to come out the day after I called them. They called to let me know when they were on their way and arrived at the time appointed. The electrician answered all my questions and did the work in a timely manner.

There were some scheduling issues but they called and let me know what was going on. They were very nice, friendly and did a great job! I would and will definitely use them again.

Very easy to schedule. Worked through the time that we had purchased the deal for, and got more than expected done.

purchased special on angles list - $1099 for 200 amp panel upgrade. added on relocation for $550 and labor for garage and laundry room. okay with providing parts upfront with necessary info such as types of cable needed and length total less than quote professional, punctual, informative, gave dryer outlet for free approx 7 hr install time with one man Excellent service

We initially had difficulty contacting them. This was explained as them having problems with a new phone system. Other than that, everything else was handled perfectly. I would use then again.

We had Mike and he was very professional and friendly. He replaced some pot lights with LED lights which now look great as well as fixing our little electrical problems. He also installed a surge protector for our panel. We will definitely use him again, and are planning to have him come install an electrical outlet for us.

Aside from the office people being unorganized, Jeff was great. He is an experienced electrician who know what he is doing. I do plan on using this company again in the future and I will recommend them to my friends.

He came and did a full house electrical inspection. He fixed a three way switch that another company could not. He also came back and installed a whole house surge protector at my request. Great company. I definitely would use them again

Scheduling may have been the hardest part, but that is because I work so much. I told the company that I wanted a few outlets switched out (they were loose) and a light or two installed (they were already wired). The worker arrived on time and the only other item was that the dispatch did not tell him that I wanted some switched replaced, so he was not sure he had any. He did, and he switched out two outside lights and fixed two loose outlets in the house. There was extra time to spare and I did not have anything else for him at that time. He was quick, friendly and professional. Everything works well and I would definitely use again. I have had two calls from these guys and both times they were great.

Clements Electric came out and replaced my circuit breaker panel and installed a whole house surge protector. I will definitely use them use them again for any future electrical needs. Mike came out and appraised the removal and installation of the old Federal Pacific panel and Jeff arrived as scheduled to perform the work. Both are very good at what they do. They perform high quality work at a great price.

I scheduled two appointments with this provider and they didn't show up for either of them. I didn't receive a phone call either time informing me that they wouldn't be there.

The service tech originally scheduled for 9-11 a.m. Called me about 10:30 and said wouldn't be able to get there by then. We agreed that he would come at 1 p.m. At 12:45, Mark arrived. He was wearing a Clements Electric uniform and was in a panel truck with Clements Electric lettering on it. I showed him what I wanted done which was a new outlet installed in my garage for my 2nd refrigerator. I already had a box, a dual receptacle, and a face plate. However, I did not have the circuit breakers that were needed for the new circuit. Mark then began working. He first cut a hole for the box and drilled a hole through the side of the electric panel and the attached stud to provide access to the newly prepared outlet box. He then asked me if I would like to have 2 15Amp circuits in the new outlet or one 20Amp. I selected the two circuit option and he wired it up. He also provided 2 circuit breakers for the new circuits and labeled them. He then tested the new outlets and both circuits worked properly. The work took him about 1 1/2 hours. Mark was personable and informative about the work and options. I was pleased with the result. I had originally paid $135 for 2 hours of Electrical work (labor only). Mark charged me an additional $50 for the 2 circuit breakers and the romex wire. I think that was a fair price. I recommend Clements Electric for their service using Mark as an example of the kind of service you will get.
