+ -1 moreBeware of bait and switch deceptive business practice with this company. I contracted them to install special flashing on 4 of my rental units in 2022. They installed flashing on 2 units and asked my property manager for payment. Unfortunately, payment was made with no inspection. Tallent refused to complete the job without additional payment.
Description of Work: Install protective flashing.
