Great, as with K2's work on our drive. Wil the plumber was certified and professional. The first visit he did an initial assessment of what we needed to repair our radiant heat system. He returned on a later date with the exact parts and finished the job in a pleasant and efficient manner.

Great, Aaron and his concrete crew were professional throughout. The house sits on the side of the hill. K2 (Aaron) came prepared for the job with the right equipment. K2's concrete trucks w/inline blending are very impressive. We did not pay for any unused concrete.

K2 has been renovating my house since July 2011. When they were hiredin April of 2011, they agreed to provide a number of services for a complete remodel. A budget of $60,000.00 was given, and I was assured that, for that amount, I would EASILY get EVERYTHING that I wanted. Well, we have reached the $60,000.00 mark, and, surprise, surprise, I am far from getting everything I had requested. What's more, since I live a good distance from the house being renovated, I was promised pictures via email on a regular basis. Unfortunately, actually getting them to send me the pictures is like pulling teeth--I must constantly email and/or call for this to occur. Furthermore, their communication is HORRENDOUS. They take a week or more to reply to emails and expect prompt payment even when they have sent an invoice with absolutely no indication of what work has actually been done. When I try to find out what was accomplished, they don't reply, and, most recently, they stopped working on my place for two weeks because, after having paid them almost $60,000, I witheld a $3,400.00 payment since they hadn't sent pictures or even explained what they had done for that amount. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
K2 resigned shortly after the above review was posted. I traveled to my house on 2/19/12 and 2/20/12 to inspect the condition in which it had been left and was horrified. They removed a vent pipe from the roof and did not cover the hole; therefore, rain entered the house through the roof, damaging the insulation and wood ceiling. They did not sponge off the grout in the bathroom shower; thus, the grout hardened and will have to be chemically removed. They left piles of trash and debris; there was no trash or debris when the house was turned over to them--I had paid to have it removed. They moved items stored in the interior bedroom closet to the washroom/shed and placed these items next to a vent hole in the roof; the aforementioned rain soaked and damaged these items. My new contractor agreed that I did not receive $60,000.00 worth of work from K2. I sent K2 a registered letter requesting restitution over a week ago; delivery has been attempted twice, and they will not accept it. These people are nothing but the most vile criminals alive, and that is nice compared to what I truly have to say about them.
