We contacted Randall, and made an appointment to survey the property. Randall was waiting for us when we arrived. He listened to us, and suggested several options, and what each would entail. Since we were from out of the area, he explained what steps we would need to do to get a permit issued. We met with the Emergency Service contact, and he gave us the proper paperwork. Randall helped us fill it out and submitted the completed application. The permit was approved with no issues. Randall gave us a time and day when he could begin installation. When we arrived, he had already dug the holes, installed the tank, and was just finishing up the leach field. He waited with us until the inspector came out. The inspector had no issues with the installation, and signed off the permit. Randall then filled in the holes, and then filled the tank with water to prevent damage (an empty tank can be forced out of the ground if it rains heavily enough). He also recommended some other people to contact to help us with our project. Randall always answered the phone, was always professional, and is extremely knowledgable about his profession and the local area. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have hired Randall to do this installation.
