The fence looks like new and is much sturdier than when I moved in 5 1/2 years ago. I really appreciated Bill's responsiveness to helping me out on this project. He completed the work quickly and even sent me a picture by text to show me how it looked. I would ask him for help for any future projects without any hesitation.

Bill and his employees showed up on time each day, were hard workers with attention to detail. If changes became necessary as the job progressed, Bill discussed with me immediately to make sure I was on board before proceeding. When it was all said and done, they cleaned up the debris and hauled everything off. Of the three bids I received, BC Remodeling's was the least expensive. The completed fence and retaining wall is high quality work, I am very pleased!

BC Remodeling really helped me out of a bind. We had a storm that blew through our neighborhood and took down one entire side of my fence. It practically cut the fence posts clean at the ground level. I have dogs and a pool so I needed the fence repaired quickly. Although BC Remodeling stays busy because of their stellar Angie's list ratings, Bill was able to come out to the house the next day and assess the damage. He was able to come back in the next couple of days with supplies and workers to complete the job. He showed up on time at the scheduled appointment. He fixed several posts that were damaged and salvaged as much of my old fence as possible to help keep the costs down. I appreciated his honesty in a time where he could have hosed me and told me I needed new fence panels. As I mentioned, he salvaged what he could and replaced what needed to be replaced. Bill even replaced a couple of other posts that were on their last legs and would've blown down with the next gust. He gave me his honest opinion on what he thought the life of my entire fence was. It made sense to me and I'll probably use BC Remodeling to replace my whole fence when the time comes. My fence is now standing strong and I'm confident that not even a hurricane could take that thing down!

I contacted Bill and he promptly returned my phone call. We discussed the broad scope of the project and was confident he could complete it in a short amount of time. He came over to inspect the space, provide ideas, and give me an idea of design and timeline. Unlike many contractors, BC remodeling is on time and sticks to the promised timeline of completion. Bill told me when he would be finished and continued good contact and communication throughout the project. He professionally painted the piece to match our trim and other built-in items. On the day of install he arrived on time and brought help to install the cabinet. They had it done in no time with no damage to my walls or anything else. The cabinet is wonderful. Bill is a talented craftsman who builds high quality pieces that will last a lifetime. I joke with my wife that if our house fell down, the only thing that would be standing is that cabinet! Needless to say I'm very happy with the job that BC remodeling did. Bill is a trustworthy and dependable person. I'm actually in the planning stages of two more projects with him now and have used him for fence repair as well. You should use BC Remodeling. You won't be disappointed!

While they where here, they determined that they wouldn't be able to much as far as mending the fence, but it would need to be replaced. The person who came out advised that we wait until the hurricane season is over and gave some advice on what to looking for as far as potential future deals, and mentioned that if something happened to the fence, we may be able to get the insurance to cover some or all of the costs. I have no complaints about this person, he was very courteous and always gave a notice before he came, and provided a written assessment of what we would need when the fence would be replaced.

The man that came from BC Remodeling was timely, good communication, beautiful fence. Our back yard is a totally new place. And affordable.

This is a good company to work with. Bill was great, I called him several times at different times of the day and he answered the phone every time. He and his crew showed up when scheduled and finished the job exactly as expected. The workmanship was very good and meet my high standards. Would I recommend or use them again? You bet.

Mr. Connor arrived one hour early which worked well with our schedule. After inspecting the fence, he went to purchase materials and left an assistant working. Overall, 6 pickets were replaced and more than one thousand nails were nailed to loose pickets. Unfortunately, this company does not stain fences. Two weeks after the installation, we discovered that two of the newly installed boards were installed one inch lower than the rest. This is barely noticeable because the outer boards were installed correctly. Overall, we were very satisfied with his service.

He told me exactly how long the project would take, and did everything exactly the way he should of. The communication was very good with both my wife and myself. I was very, very pleased with all the work he has done for me. I would use him again, I guarantee it!

Very good experience. They installed 156 feet of side by side fence with 2 mud boards in 3 days. Bill offered the best price of the three quotes I received. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and also took away tree branches that I trimmed earlier in the week.

Bill was early and got right to work. He immediately assessed what needed to be done to fix my gates and was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and courteous. My experience with BC REmolding was great!! I signed up for the big deal which provide for gate and fence repair. I was referred to Bill from another repair person. I called him and he answered immediately. He was able to give me an estimate just from my description of fence repairs that I needed. He gave me an estimate of when he could come to my house, but he was able to come two days earlier than expected which was very much appreciated because my fence sustained more damage from a storm after my first call. Bill called me when he was driving to my house and was already working on my fence when I met him at my house. He was friendly, professional and knowlegeable about the required repair. I returned to work and received a call several hours later that the work was completed.
