VACUUM CLEANERS UNLIMITED

I was looking for a low priced yet effective vacuum for light use around our house. We own a Rainbow vacuum which does a great job, but it is a hassle for small cleaning jobs. The office manager, Cindy, helped me with the purchase and knocked $40 off the price since I was buying the floor model. In addition, she ordered a new replacement belt and told me she would call when it came in as it was out of stock that day. I immediately put the vacuum to use as we had just replaced all the carpet in our home and there were bits and pieces of carpet fiber everywhere. For a week we had no problems and found the vacuum was a great buy. One day, however, I somehow managed to "snag" on something resulting in the belt burning and, ultimately, breaking. I took the vacuum back to Cindy who greeted me with a smile, replaced the belt (it had just come in)in fewer than 5 minutes and gave me another replacement just for good measure. I was in and out of there in nothing flat!
