The sale of our home I was seamless. Jeff & Sharon helped us price it well and it sold in 45 days. They gave us great tips to get the house "show ready" and the sale went better than we could have imagined. Buying was a much different story. The market is hot and inventory sold with in a few days of listing. Our home search took over 3 months, and I can't behind to tell you how much patience these 2 people possess. We were difficult clients..it's hard having all of DFW to chose from, but Sharon helped us narrow down the areas that best fit our family and budget. We were sure Allen was where we wanted to live, but couldn't find what we wanted. As our search expanded Sharon & Jeff were able to help us located the perfect house. We made an offer on one house, but couldn't reach an agreeable price with the seller. My husband and I believe Sharon did all she could to help us work that deal. When it was time to talk away she gave us great advice. No drama, nothing emotional...just professionalism at every turn! Weeks later we found a fixer and had a deal in a matter of hours. The Kofahls have done extensive remodel work and have given us a lot of ideas, advice and contacts to get our new house in great shape. They have a keen sense of the market and is able to give us advice to get our new house up to speed without over improving it. They know that one we will call on them to sell this house too. :D We looked at low cost fixers and high-end perfect property. The Kofahls helped us wrap our head around what we really wanted and found us our dream home. If you want a fast-paced, opinionated, drama king/queen agent then please don't call Sharon & Jeff. These 2 are honest, reasonable, hard working, patient and experienced. Low key most of the time, but very quick to act when time is of the essence. If you want a solid drama-less real estate experience call these pros.
