We are extremely happy to have this much-needed work done and Jay and his crew were professional, thorough, and worked to complete the repairs in a timely manner. They worked relentlessly to put our yard back together once the job was completed and it looks very nice. We shopped around and did our research before we proceeded with our foundation repairs and we are delighted that we decided to work with Jay. + -1 moreWhen the job was completed. The owner came back out to inspect the job completion. He made sure my home was level from inside out and then he gave me instructions of the up keep. I have referred additional teachers to the ROC Foundation Repair Company. Very trustworthy.
Description of Work: Conducted inside and outside evaluation of my home. The owner himself came out and provided the service. He walked me around and pointed out what steps he was taking and told me exactly what I needed and didn't need. I had three prior contractors come out and were charging 3 times the cost of The ROC Foundation Repair.

Description of Work: They placed piers all around the outside and six inside the house. |They removed and replaced scrubs, so far all have survived. |The inside piers were the biggest concern. They taped plastic over the doors and covered furniture. The foundation had to be jack hammered for |a two foot by two foot wide hole. This allowed a workman to dig out, then place a new pier. They filled in the holes, poured concrete and taped the carpet back, like new. I also received an engineer report which is needed for selling the house. I checked several references prior to |my job and they were all happy. |
