Project went as planned, everything worked well with The Floor Mender.

Kevin did an excellent job! I am very impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail. He had to move a lot of furniture and trim a lot of carpet during the stretching process, but he took his time. I am thrilled with how great the carpet looks. A week later, the carpet cleaners came out and they also did a great job. I highly recommend this family owned business.

We are so happy with Floor Mender! We had a 20-year-old carpet throughout the house. While worn in places, it was still very nice. We had purchased a high-quality carpet in the first place and wanted to try to extend its life. Awful ripples had developed all over it. Kevin came first to estimate the need. The next day, his specialists arrived right on time and got to work. These two men were extremely professional and courteous. We enjoyed having them in our home. It was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. I recommend Floor Mender to anyone who needs carpet stretching. It's an excellent company. They also offer other carpet services, and I'm keeping their number handy for when the carpet is ready for a good cleaning.

He was here for awhile but did a great job.

Carpet was a tripping hazard at the top of our stairs, and in the middle of the media room - had a couple of waves from the carpet just being older. He fixed it up nice and tight, and spent the time to make it safe.

They did a great job. Very proficient and excellent work and I thought it was priced very competitively.

Went just great! Kevin and his crew called me to let me know they could come a bit early, which was appreciated, and came in and did their work in no time, and I couldn't be happier! Will definitely recommend.

Like the way Kevin and team coordinated the activities. They first came stretched the carpet, then the 2nd team came and clean 3 rooms and the stairs. The price is very reasonable and they were professional and did a very good job. As a professional home inspector would highly recommend them for work.

Called Kevin on a Monday and he was out on Wednesday that same week. His website has all of his pricing detailed, and his estimate was right in line with my expectations. So I asked him to proceed that same day with the repairs. Kevin is very experienced and did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to call on him again when the need arises.

Kevin with The Floor Mender was quick to respond and scheduled a time to come out to repair our carpet. He is friendly and was very helpful. He did a great job. He used some of my leftover carpet and I can hardly tell where the hole used to be. The price seemed a little high, but I was happy to get it fixed. I would call The Floor Mender again.

Excellent job - very professional - punctual and was Exceptionally considerate to furniture, walls, etc in my home. I have used other services and would say they are the best!!! I will use again and would recommend to anyone. (I teach customer service techniques to businesses). They know how to provide a quality product and meet and exceed the customer's expectations.

I called Kevin about 10 days ago. He returned the call in a reasonable time and we set up an appointment. We had water come into a corner of our living room about a month ago during a heavy rainstorm. Afterward, we pulled back the carpet and discarded the pad. The room is about 12 X 14, but the repair was for roughly 50 square feet. Kevin and a helper arrived within the promised timeframe, completed the repair and secured some wiring underneath, as I requested. The carpet cleaner arrived as soon as the repair was done. The room looks like new.
