+ -1 moreFirst experience was excellent. Prompt reply and explanation of service. My subsequent follow up to request their service has been a dead end. No response to my phone calls even though I requested that they call even if not interested so I would not continue bothering them.
Description of Work: I had a conversation with them to provide an estimate to manage a duplex in Texas.

+ -1 moreMy only issue was that I was told that he charged 10% fee for property management on the phone, he told me in person he would charge $100 flat fee, but the property management agreement reflected 8%.

+ -1 moreSo far it has been good. I wish I had a little bit more updates. I am confident he can do the job. I am just waiting for a tenant to rent. He is always available when I call him. He has stayed in contact if I have questions. I will consider using him again in the future.
Description of Work: I am using Solutions Property Management right now. My last interaction with them was two weeks ago. The estimate was for 10% of what they collect in rent. They will oversee my property. They will screen possible tenants for my property. They will manage repair calls, collect rent and should a tenant default they will handle all of the legal aspects of the eviction. I am relocating for work and I won't be in the area and I need someone who will have access to the property.

+ 3 morePaul was very personable and dependable. He was great about updating and answering all my questions -- via phone or email -- throughout the project. The initial bid was created and emailed timely. The work began on time -- despite it being the holiday season and other projects he was managing. The work he and his team did -- exceed my expectations. Everything was completed when requested. The complication that I was remote was never a issue. Absolut gained my full confidence. I would highly recommend Paul and his Absolut team.
Description of Work: At my real estate agent's recommendation, I enlisted Absolut Contracting in December to get my home ready for sale. My goal was to have the repairs completed by early January so I could get the home on the market by mid to late January. Complicated by the fact that I was living and working in a different location, everything but the last few walk throughs were handled via phone or email. The repairs included interior and exterior paint, minor gutter repair, hardwood floor repair/refinishing, door jam repair/replacement, shower drain repair, heater service and miscellaneous fixture replacements.
