Sears Outlet

We went to the Sears Outlet on Greenville Ave in Allen, TX to purchase a new washer/dryer. There was a good selection of appliances at discounted prices for both new and returned items with some cosmetic damage. The staff was attentive but not too attentive. We were able to look at the products without being bothered, but someone was quickly available when we had questions. We purchased a new washer/dryer for about 35% off the retail price and also got another 5% off with 6 months no interest if paid in full with a special they were running. The salesperson was knowledgable, and I appreciated that we didn't get the hard sell on the extended warranty plan like you get at some places. We had the washer/dryer delivered a couple days later. They called us the night before with a 2 hour window for the delivery. The truck arrived on time, and the delivery men were both very polite. They hooked up the appliances and gave some instructions on how to use the various settings. Overall, we are happy with the purchase, and the experience was easy and hassle free.
