SAMSON'S CLEANING & RESTORATION

Sampson's has cleaned and once stretched our carpet for years and always do a super job. Their guys are always punctual, friendly, fast and very professional. We will only use Sampson's on our carpets!

They did a good job. Movers had put a big crimp in it. I had them clean it and straighten it. They came right away. They were quick and got the job done. They did a great job of picking it up and putting it back down. They seemed professional. I thought they did an excellent job.

I hear about Samson's from my neighbor, who uses them to clean the carpets in her house, and all the office buildings she manages at her job. I called Samson's to schedule an appointment and Lindsay answered the phone and was very attentive in answering all my questions and getting my appointment scheduled. We set the appointment for Saturday, and she told me they would arrive between 10am and noon, and that they would call when they were on their way. On that Saturday, at around 10:30am, Bill called and said he would be at my house by 11am. He arrived on-time, and got right to work by asking if there were any problem spots with the carpets. I informed him there were no stains, but they just needed a good overall cleaning. He was very professional and took care to place protective barriers around the door openings to his cleaning hose didn't rub on them. He was here around 2 hours before finishing, and stated the carpets would be wet for 4 to 6 hours. Once they dried, they came out just beautiful. All of the carpets look new and feel much softer now. I will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased. They were very professional. Picked up my rug promptly and held it a week while I was out of town at no extra charge. Delivered it conveniently. Pick up and delivery were free!

This is an low price company that the apartment complex we lived in used and accepted. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. As this was the last requirement for terminating our residency, we did not stay to examine the work. Price was all.
