I had a great experience using Rodenbaugh's to install my new flooring. I replaced all of the old carpeting in my house with the latest vinyl flooring that mimics the look of hardwood but is water resistant and pet-friendly. From the beginning of the process (selecting the flooring and reviewing all of my options) to the actual installation of the flooring - everything was done professionally and exceeded my expectations. I would use Rodenbaugh's in the future and would also recommend them to others looking for any of the services they offer.

It looks fantastic! The installers were excellent. I couldn't be more pleased. The kitchen actually looks larger. They are an excellent company to deal with.

Came right when they said they would. Did a very thorough job trying to find the leak. As it turned out, no leak was detected, but we appreciated how prompt and professional they were.

I had a problem with my dishwasher and was trying to decide on either repairing or replacing. They had seen a similar problem to what I had (they diagnosed the problem with additional things for me to check that verified what the problem was) so that it helped me decide on whether to repair or replace my existing dishwasher.

We were satisfied with them. They were very responsive and did a good job. They did fine. The crew seemed to do the job correctly and in the amount of time that we figured it would take. They met our expectations.

The service went great. I believe we used the company twice. I had them back out to replace some carpeting that was ruined after the water heater flooded. They offered the best pricing out of the other companies we looked into. They were very creative in the tiling they did and did a beautiful job. They customized the tile between the new and old tile we had. The staff was very nice and I especially liked the guy who did the custom work. They are easy to work with and always answer the phone. It was very easy to contact them and schedule the service. I plan on using them again.

Excellent reputation from previous clients for many years. This is an old family business. I definitely would use them.

Very well, components were expensive but install was smooth and workers were very punctual. The oven had a controller module go out about 12 months later but it was still under warranty. Would use again, but might shop around a little more than before for best possible price.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Rodenbaugh's. From advice on the sales floor to the installation, they were pleasant, professional, and responsive. The online price comparisons were very favorable, and they were on time for the installation. The dishwasher was installed before my remodelers installed a new granite countertop, and when I questioned the re-installation by the remodelers, Rodenbaughs sent a technician back to check it and would have reinstalled if necessary for no additional charge. I highly recommend them, and will definitely check with them when I am ready to replace my flooring.

Everything about Rodenbaugh's is really good. Both Kelly and Ron were excellent salespeople and helped me choose the right applicances. Since it was a remodel Ron came out and pre-measuered everything and made quite a few recommendations on the installation, they also re-configured the microwave shelf before the installation so the cabinet remodelers could refinish the cabinets. The installation was very smooth and very professional, they are 100% interested in your satisfaction and I couldn't ask for better service. Excellent Job!

They were excellent. The two men who came out here were the kind of men that you would like to see to come out and visit you. They were very polite and they did a very nice job. They also spoke English. The people in their store were also extremely helpful. They were really classic. I would definitely use them again in the future. With them, you know that you are not dealing with people off the street but you are dealing with people who know what they are doing and they do a very good job.

All went well and the gentleman was very informative and on time.

This is my second appliance purchase from Rodenbaugh. My saleswoman, Kelly is amazing. Patient and knowledgeable. The installation team is also great. Matt installed both my electric oven and gas stove top. I could not ask for a more careful team. His assistant, John, kept the dirt to a minimum by running a shop vac while Matt did his cutting on the cabinets. I recently had these cabinets refinished and there was NO damage to the surface. Once again, THANK YOU Rodenbaugh for an excellent job!

While we were satisfied with the final result, and have indicated that we would consider this vendor for work in the future, it was getting to the final result involving the installation that resulted in a few issues that affected the overall rating of this project. 1. The sales contact was excellent. She was prompt in making the home inspection visit to measure the rooms. Very professional and knowledgeable about the flooring we were interested in. She offered helpful suggestions that helped in making our final decision. 2. The installers seemed be know what they were doing when installing the tile. The issue (s) that we have were in the area of neatness during the installation process: a. On the first day, they did not put down any protective covering on the laminate flooring outside of the hall bath. This resulted in water stains from the tracked solutions spilt on the floors. Also, they placed a heavy portable air compressor directly on the laminate floor, resulting in a small dent/knick in the floor surface. b. They had set up their tile cutting machines in the front yard. One of the installers unwrapped our exterior faucet that had been wrapped for frost protection. Since the faucet was connected to a flower bed and foundation irrigation system, it would have been nice if we were asked about the setup before they proceeded to try to hook up their hose. Luckily, nothing was damaged. c. Dirty solution water was splashed on the front door surface while transporting to/from house. Water was also tracked on the unprotected laminate flooring during the install process. To be fair, the installers did put down a protective cloth on the hall floors on the 2nd day (after talking with the sales associate about our disappointment about the install process so far). Also, the contract that we signed contained language that pointed out that there was certain situations where the contractor was not responsible for clean up. But I believe our installation complaint went over and above the stipulations in the contract. Had it not been for the installation process experience noted above the overall grade for this project would have been an "A" instead of the "C" grade given.

They did a good job. The guy cut me a little bit of a break on the time on the bill. It was easier to schedule with them, and you are talking to a person when scheduling. They tend to send out more experienced people, and they do a good job.

Unfortunately the oven is so old that the parts are no longer available. They only charged for the basic service call, which I think was completely fair.

We visited their store and were met by an apparently experienced and knowledgeable sales person. He showed us the various products available to replace our down draft vented gas stove top and gave his opinion of the best alternative. After some brief exchange, we left with measurements to determine the likelihood of needing to cut our granite counter top or purchase materials to accommodate the selected stove top. The salesperson called us as agreed on Saturday morning and we discussed the existing cook top's installation requirements . After referencing some online information about our old stove top, he suggested we simply have the installer be prepared to deal with any changes which appeared would be minor and, as we requested, took our order by telephone. The following Wednesday, the installers arrived right on time with the new cook top. They removed our existing unit and determined there was only a small likelihood changes would be needed to accommodate our new unit. They proceeded to make the installation using all new materials for the venting system and were able to install and secure the new unit without the need to adjust the size of the opening in our counter top. Their work was completed in under an hour. Then they proceeded to clean up the entire area and remove all packing material and our old unit., Our entire experience was painless and completed just as promised and right on time. We'd definitely return should we find the need for replacement of a major appliance. Pricing was competitive, but their service was so pleasant, efficient and fairly priced that we heartily recommend them.

They had to take the first dryer back because I forgot to verify the dryer door configuration would work in the utility closet. They were able to get a suitable replacement out the same day and deal with an installation that required lifting the dryer over the washer as well as making the dryer vent connection in a very cramped space. You get the impression this company really strives for customer satisfaction and maintaining a good reputation.

Rodenbaugh's did a great job. We live in Dallas near White Rock Lake and they ever delivered down to us when we bought them. Their installers were careful and made sure everything worked. Plus the sales rep took his time and didn't over sell us - he steered us away from the really expensive models because he determined that we did not need those based on how much laundry we did each week. We will definitely go back there again.

We had been pricing new appliances (microwave, double oven, and cooktop) for our kitchen for several months. We were having trouble finding a business that would do a turnkey job including cabinet work, that had good prices, and that we felt could be trusted. One day I saw reviews for Rodenbaugh's on Angies List, and noticed they were very good reviews. We decided to visit their showroom in downtown Allen, and knew almost immediately we had found the people we could do business with. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful, but with absolutely no pressure. She provided a thorough overview of the brands they carried. Their prices were very comparable to the sell prices for the big box stores, or maybe even a little less. AND they did the installation with their own staff, including any needed modifications to the cabinets. Before we committed to the purchase, the Rodenbaugh installation person came to our home for measurements and estimated the work needed for cabinet modifications. In order to go with a double oven, the new microwave needed to be a spacesaver type located over they cooktop, and that is where most of the cabinet modifications were needed. We had a firm price by the next day from Rodenbaugh's including installation which we felt was reasonable. Within a week the appliances were installed and in use. We are extremely pleased with Rodenbaugh's.

Purchase and delivery were very smooth. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, and will definitely purchase from them again.

Darryl Bullock, the salesperson, sent me several options for pricing of appliance packages. I went into the store to see most of them. I ordered and they came to install a few days later. The installers were courteous and professional. The cooktop (SS with glass cooktop) was shattered in the box and they had to reorder and come back another day to install. This was stressful because the house was going on the market in a few days and Realtors were coming for presentations. The installer came back to install before the Open House. Fast forward a week. We got a buyer and their inspector found there was a leak in the supply line of the dishwasher. I called Rodenbaugh and they came out within 3 days to repair.
