+ -1 moreHe admitted that one of our walls was done incorrectly and that he would redo it at no charge (it was originally installed 8 years ago). He quoted us a charge to repair another wall that has a crack. His quote was at least double the other two masonry people we brought in (both angies list members). So even though he said he would fix the one wall free, all he was doing was overcharging us on one wall to subsidize his costs on the other. When I told him that all I wanted him to do was repair the wall he agreed was done incorrectly and that he said he would do at no charge, he backed out of the deal saying we would not be happy with the work. In my opinion, this was dishonest. I cannot recommend Louis Ribo for any work.. I will say his initial work on our patio was very nice and we are pleased with the end result. But we cannot trust his word.

Description of Work: They installed a wood fence. We had hailstorm damage and we're in the process of getting the roof fixed. We discovered some problems with the support in our back porch. We had Ribo Home Remodeling come out and fix that which included redoing some of the raptors in the porch roof and redoing some of the brick work in and around the porch.
