PROSTEAM CARPET CLEANING

I purchased a Groupon (mistake) I called to schedule. I asked if he handled my area and he said he lives in my area. He didn't have time to schedule me while on the phone and asked me to text him my address and other details. He told me the stairs would be $5 each, extra and then the Groupon for the rest. My appointment was today. When he got here, I showed him the area. Yes, I had pet stains. I know it was bad but his unprofessional, "Oh man.... this is awful. This is so bad." comments were embarrassing and hurtful. I told him I put pretreater on the stains last night and this morning, hoping it would help. (There is a pet stain on the landing (about 2 ft x 2 ft) of the stairs and about a 1 ft x 2 ft one in the hallway. And some small trailing ones. ) He said he wished I hadn't done that. And then continued with his insulting comments and mumblings. He said this isn't a regular clean like the groupon is for. I said, well just do a regular clean then. He refused and said he couldn't. He said it is in the fine print on the groupon. I told him to just forget it and I would ask for a refund from Groupon. He said , "Well, I came ALL THE WAY OUT HERE". I said, "You didn't tell me you would get here and start trying to rack up more charges above what I asked and paid for and then refuse to perform any service at all". So, I asked him to go ahead and leave. Then, he sent me a text that said, "Hi this is Jason. In the fine print you can see where it mentions pet stains/odors. I was going to try to give you a really good deal on the treatment of those solutions cost me a lot of money. Without treating the stains, it's going smell strong. Thank you and have a great day." I replied and said, "Well, the "oh man this is bad" comments were completely unprofessional. If I don't get a refund, I'll put reviews on angie's list and the bbb. I don't hire contractors to get insulted." The carpet needs to be replaced but I am not in a position to do that right now. I told him that as well. I just didn't appreciate his constant unprofessional comments.
