CJ and here team are the best pool cleaners and repair people on the planet! CJ is honest and fair. She treats us like we're family. She treated our pool like it was her pool. We have an annual contact for cleaning our pool and her people are there, every week, like clock work. There's nothing more I could say except she and her team are the best ever.

CJ and her team are consumate professionals! Honest and fair. They genuinely take an interest in your set-up and treat it like their own. We are now on the weekly rotation and we couldn't be happier! If you want great service and fair prices, look no further.

CJ is great! I clean my own pool so I only call her when something goes wrong. Every time she comes out takes, she takes time to explain to me what is wrong and suggests ways that I can repair myself if needed. The things that I feel less sure about she handles and does such a superb job. I have had service performed on my pool before by others and her work is obviously of a higher caliber. It looks great and it doesn't have problems.

CJ has been been servicing my pool since April and I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend her company to everyone! CJ is honest, professional, efficient, does what she says she will do, follows up, and consistently goes over and above to please you as a customer. If you are not happy with this company, then it would have to be a situation out of her control in one way or another! She goes out of her way to be fair in pricing and costs in parts and in service - you can count on that!

I called CJ to have my pool filter cleaned. She arrived promply as scheduled. I watched CJ as she took apart the filter. She could tell that I was interested in learning how to do the maintenance myself. From that point on, she made a point to show me everything about how the filter works, how it's put together, how the pump works, how to clean out the pump basket, everything. Since I hadn't owned a pool before, she made sure I knew everything I needed to know about how to take care of it and more! Once the filter was apart, she showed me that I needed new grids and why. She finished cleaning the tilter tank and left it nice and neat, while I bought new grids. She asked about my cleaning habits of the pump basket, which I replied I had never cleaned it out. She said that I should be cleaning it out regularly and to get a new o-ring for it, and she would show me how to do it. She came back the next day to put the grids on. She showed me exactly how to put it all back together, step-by-step. She then showed me how to clean out my pump basket and replaced and lubed the o-ring on the pump lid . My pump lid was a little brittle, so she showed my how to use a speical tool to get it off without damaging the lid. I bought the tool from her at a discounted price, so I could do it myself. The price I paid included the tool. She is so patient and willing to teach. Basically, I received a "pool school" and a filter repair/cleaning for the price of a cleaning! I highly recommend CJ for any service or repair you need on your pool. She has been in the pool business for a long time and knows what she's doing.

Very good experience. Although it was clear that this was not a job she could do (there was a pool leak involved), she still spent time with me and made some recommendations that were very helpful and money-saving.

C.J . showed up when she said she would be here. She had to do the whole job by herself since her other employees were busy elsewhere. She knew what PVC pipes needed to be re-plumbed so she started on that 1st since the glue has to have a little time to set. The new filter was a different brand than the old one so all the pipes had to be redone to match. She has so much experience she knew exactly what needed to be done. It is a tedious job but if it is not done perfectly it will leak under pressure. The filter was started and no leaks appeared. The equipment is working perfectly. We are very pleased!

They did such an awesome job that I had them go ahead and clean and drain the pool also.

Because of the season, she was very busy and it took about a week before she could perform the service. She did come out within a day or two to take a look and remove the freeze plugs (we were having an unusual cold spell). The actual cost was close to the estimate. Repairs were completed as scheduled. She kept me informed throughout the process. Overall, I would say it was a very good experience. I will use her again in the future and would have no problems recommending her to someone else.

CJ has been a lifesaver for us and our swimming pool. Although she couldn't repair some of the things that are wrong, she managed to get it 'sort of" working and sent us to someone who can fix the other things. We couldn't get the pool vacuumed because the skimmers are not working, but she sent us to someone who has a self-contained vacuum and he will be here shortly. I believe her to be honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and her prices are fair.

We were seeing more & more bubbles being spewed out of the water outlets in the swimming pool. We were unable to trace the air leak on our own and we called a leak-detection person who didn't service our area, but who recommended C.J. We called and she was at our house within a very short time. She spent time tightening fittings, etc., but determined that the valves on the PVC piping were going bad (28 yrs old). She replaced valves, refitted all the pipes, worked on the pump motor, and when it was all over, there was absolutely no air leak or bubbles. The system works like new and we couldn't be happier.
