They were very efficient. They came ahead of time to clean the fence. It was easy to schedule with them. Very trusted. The work was done right on time. Everything was done well. They did a great job.

We where needing to have our fence washed and stained and we received high marks from our neighbor and he recommended we contact this company. Our experience has been we called them on 7/27/17 in the morning and sent an email in the late afternoon and as of today 7/28/17 we have not received a call or an email. Needless to say we would NOT recommend this company

Premier Wood Care did an amazing job on my fence. It was looking really old, grey, and dirty, and now it looks brand new! Good price, good service, nice owner. The only bad thing I can say is they stay so busy that I had to wait two months for them have availability to do the job, but now I can see why they stay booked. Definitely worth waiting for.

Chuck Teske is the low pressure representative/owner who provided me with good information and a quote for staining and sealing approx. 600 sq ft of new wooden fencing. I chose him over another bidder. Before applying the product, the work crew that arrived a few days later took great care to protect, and prevent sprayover to, the adjacent lawn and structures During the sealing/staining treatment I noted what appeared to my eye to be a few undertreated spots. The crew was not fluent in English so I remarked on my concern to the supervisor in his truck, whom I expected would investigate my concern. He did not. Subsequently I found and reported additional spots and got the same response. At this point I called Mr Teske and left a voicemail about the inperfections and the attitude of the supervisor who never left his truck. I suggested to Mr. Teske to at least leave behind a small supply of the stain for me to touch up at my leisure if the crew was on a tight schedule. When I returned to the fence, some of the spots had gotten an additional treatment but some had not, making it satisfactory to some customers but not to my standards. They finished up and left while I awaited a call back from Mr. Teske. I did not get a call back. The next day an embarrassed supervisor appeared at my front door and presented me with a bonus full can of stain/sealer. In the next short while I touched up to my satisfaction every spot I could find and I still have more stain, if ever needed. I am now completely happy, not just satisfied, with the excellent appearance of the fence, which is the best in the neighborhood.

I thought they were very professional when they came to give an estimate. I had a couple of problems with the actual job so I told them and they were fixed in a timely manner.

From beginning to end the work couldn't have been better! Will tell friends and neighbors they are whom they should call on when they need their fence cleaned and stained again....

They were punctual and had a good price but our fence is already fading a little.

They sprayed a clear sealant on my cedar board on board fence. The did a great job of covering the pool, decking, ect. They did a good job; only had a small complaint in that part of the fence was wet and did not take the sealant very well. They left some for me to apply later, but did not offer to come back when the fence was completely dry to put it on themselves. I still haven't gotten to this job.

It went well. They called in advance to let me know what day they would be out to clean the fence. They showed up on time and covered things that need to be covered. We had already gone to the trouble of trimming the bushes really well to keep them from being in the way, and not touching the fence. Then they came back in a few days to apply the stain. The fence looked great, until it rained the next morning before it has had time to complete set in. I called the company back after the rain stopped later int he week and had to work to get them to resend the crew back out to fix what had been damaged by the rain. Sadly for both of us, it rained a bunch that week. The crew was the same crew that came out the first time, and they were great about fixing the places where the stain had not seemed to stay on. The fence looks great. The crew was always polite and cleaned up after themselves. The head gentleman was really nice and wanted to make sure we were happy.

I called them late at night, and I was surprised someone answered. He showed me pictures of his work and options that I had. He let me know that he prices were fair and reasonable. He also provided me with references.

Selected Premier after receiving bids from two other companies. Premier's price was the best and since I had used their services before I knew what to expect. They are in the general part of Collin County as my house which does have an influence. I don't often hire contractors that are more than 15-20 miles away.Premier must be very busy in the winter months because I had to wait ~4 weeks just for the initial washing. It was another 10 days or so before the staining. They ran out of stain since they only can carry 100 gallons and the job was more than 12,000 square feet. They finished early the next morning. No issues. No stain left on the brick, cars or anywhere else its not supposed to be.

The job was performed efficiently by a two man crew. Each knew what their role was and how to get it done. They masked the siding on the home where the fence abutted. Also, they protected the grass at the base of the fencing. No voids were found in the painting.

Excellent results overall. Workers were very nice and thorough. No residual mess and they put the stain on the play set with brushes instead of spraying it on, which would have been a mess. They did say they would put two coats on the fence and they did not; the foreman (who spoke perfect English incitentally) indicated the fence didnt need it. Although they were one of the most expensive quotes we received, if not the most expensive, the reviews on Angies List convinced me to give them a try and we were not disappointed.A year later and the fence still looks like it was just stained! We will definitely use Premier again.

Charles, the salesman, was very pleasant and professional. We had to wait a while before we could have the fence stained because of the resin in the wood, but when it was ready, the crew finished the job in record time. The work was excellent and our fence looks almost new. I was very pleased and will use this company in the future.

They were fast, professional, and efficient. They were in and out in no time. There were no problems. Their price seemed to be average.

The process overall went very smooth. Premier Wood Care had already done work at my home for the previous owner. They already had all the measurements and so Charles was able to give me a quote over the phone. He also sent me a written quote in the mail. I scheduled the work to be done about a month after the first conversation. Premier showed up on a Friday and performed the powerwashing of the fence and then showed up the following Monday to re-stain the fence. The fence looked great afterwards. Like it had just been installed. There was no left over debris after they had left. They did a great job.

I emailed chuck a few times to get details about the services he was offering. He was responsive and answered all my questions. He emailed me a list of homes that i could drive by to see the stain color they use. I picked the special cedar dark which is their most popular color. Premier woodcare was punctual, and did their job neatly and on time. They came by one day to do the washing, and the next week and finished the staining. The grass near the fence was stained, but that was to be expected. They use quality products, and are very reasonable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Actually, we did not even get to see them, but we were pleased with the outcome. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I actually have used their service twice because they did my original and the first time they were wonderful and did an excellent work. The second time, they didn't use a right amount of stain because pretty quickly my fence started fading. They took care of my shrubbery really well while working. I have lots of landscaping and they didn't damage any of the landscape, which was very important to me. I would use their service in the future.
