Description of Work: Very thorough inspection of house, caught several important items that we were able to get the sales price reduced for. Helped educate us on some foundation issues and problems related to the electrical wiring. Felt like he was part of "our" team in the process!

Description of Work: He inspected the house and did a very thorough job. He also came back on his own time to inspect the house once the electricity was turned on. We were not able to get it on while he was scheduled to be there. I was impressed that he was willing to come all the way back to make sure he everything checked out. Good pricing. Good work. I recommend.

 + -1 moreYou will be stunned by the thoroughness of this inspection! Jim Luttrall is meticulous about every detail. He goes through the house with a and quot;magnifying glassand quot; and details and photographs every single defect. Nothing slips his eye. Even potential future problems are noted and explanations given. Jim is also great with explaining the most important problems in person. Jim is also extremely honest about problems -- if you are buying or selling a home Jim will give you every potential hiccup large or small. Even though Jim did not do a foundation elevation survey he was able to thoroughly explain an existing survey and potential problems and confirm the conclusions of the report.
Description of Work: Complete home inspection excluding foundation elevation survey.

The report from him was very thorough and detailed, including photos, etc. I have since received helpful emails from him regarding different situations you may run into as a home owner. I received great service for the price I paid. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a thorough inspection.
