Mr Duct Cleaner

I purchased this service in June, and they were patient in waiting for us to complete some other work we were doing in our home before having them come out. The morning of the scheduled appointment, they called and gave us 30 minutes notice as stated in advance. Jason and his crew were very efficient, working well together and completing the job quickly. They were polite and considerate, putting on shoe coverings when coming inside. They were very thorough and tidy in their work. They recommended that we have the ducts cleaned again in 5 years, and we will definitely use them again. Thanks, Jason!!

They were very accommodating in that after removal of the ceiling vent registers, they cleaned them and labeled them so that when the scheduled painters arrived the next week (painting ceilings and registers the same color), the registers could be replaced in previous locations. After the cleaning, the amount of dust in the house was markedly reduced! Sealing the leaks in the various connections in the attic stop the intake of the dust from the attic into the HVAC ducting system. If I had a need to have the ducting cleaned again, I would use this company.

They showed up on time, got to work, and then started removing all the vents. They went through and cleaned everything and had stuff on the floor to make sure our floors did not get dirty. They undid all of the vents and put them all back. They even used new screws on the vents. They were pretty much ready to leave after 30 min of work. They did a great job.

Excellent ....called the day before to confirm appointment, and phoned to let me know the approximate time they would arrive on the actual date of service. They were punctual, professional and meticulous work ethic - I would definitely recommend them to friends and family alike.

It was a reasonable cost and they did a great job on prepping and cleaning afterwards. Will recommend to anyone that wants to keep their air flow in the house nice and clean!

Great. On time, put down plastic to cover floors in case dust is blown out, cleaned all vents and vent covers, inspected for mold.

Excellent job by this service -- I have already recommended them to others. The crew was very careful in our home, and ensured no dust or debris escaped into the house. They explained exactly what they would do and offered additional services, but without being overly pushy. They explained to me how to change my HVAC filters and even brought me to the attic for a demonstration. I highly recommend this company.

I am absolutely thrilled with North Texas Duct Cleaning's service! The owner called me back immediately!. He was extremely friendly and thorough. The crew was able to come a week in advance because of a cancellation. All three members of the team were extremely professional and courteous. They were very careful with my furniture and flooring. I will definitely use them the next time I need this service. What a great business to support!

My mom's a/c was actually welded together so there was no way around having to pay an exorbitant amount. This company was the only one that gave us a clear, easy to understand explanation of why this was the case, and how things would have to go. These guys are excellent, I'd hire them again.

It went fine. We ended up spending more money because we got more duct thing that was covered in the bill but they did a very good job and we have clean ducts now. As far I know their professionalism was good. My wife was actually here alone then but it was all good and efficient. They came when they said they would come. They did what they said they were going to do. They were professional in terms of when my asked him how often the ducts should be cleaned, he gave us a specific answer and he thought that it had not been cleaned in probably ten to fifteen years.

They were great! They were very aware of the size of my home and explained everything with pictures and broke down pricing into MANY options to make sure that I did not feel like I was being forced to buy something I was not comfortable with. Very thorough and professional- I would recommend them to anyone!

I had never had the ducts in my house cleaned so thought i should get it done and see if it helped with the air con performance and also remove a faint dusty smell i always noticed after walking in the house after a day at work. Called them on Saturday to ask a few questions, purchase the big deal and 2 technicians came round on Wednesday. They called before arriving and were punctual. What extremely nice people - professional, polite, explained what they were going to do, didn't try and upsell on anything. Even took the time to check out the outside air con units when i explained to them about some cooling issues we've been having. They observed that the copper pipe outside had no insulation on - something we knew about and completely forgot to replace the insulation...so glad they made that observation as that's a very likely contributor to our cooling issues considering we have about 30feet of pipe along a west facing wall. (we have subsequently insulated the pipe !). They did a thorough job cleaning out the supplies and 1 return, and vacuumed around after finishing up each vent. Also wore booties on their feet. Weather cooled down since then so not sure of overall affect/improvement but am glad to have had it done and would use them again.

My experience was fine. It was simple to work with them. There was one guy that came out to do the work. He arrived on time for the appointment.

It turned out well and they did a really good job. They got the job done in about one hour. The workers were all great and good at communicating and explained what they were doing. They also informed me of any problems they may have encountered and put everything back together. They also wore slip coverings over their shoes which I appreciated.

My experience went well. Scheduling the appointment was fine. I got mixed comments from the two different workers. One told me they were clean and one told me they were very dirty.

He came out to inspect my home's attic insulation. Even though it is a new home I wanted to be ready for the HOT summer. He inspected the depth of the insulation and made sure it was evenly spread out around the attic. He climbed all over the attic and looked in every corner. I recommend them for your insulation needs.

What a great guy! Les was prompt with a response for scheduling, accommodated my needs, showed up on time, described the work before performing the job, cleaned up afterwards, and answered all my questions. The service was great and the price was reasonable. I also changed out the air filter the same day and my house smells better already. I would recommend him to anyone!

From start to finish, these guys were professional. I was treated nicely on the phone and in person. I had another company clean my ducts several years ago and they were horrible. North Texas Duct Cleaning did everything they didn't. They arrived on time and had all the big, necessary equipment to do the job and do the job RIGHT. The three workers who showed up were all very professional and very kind. They even explained things to me, so I learned a lot by asking a few questions. The worker (I think his name is Sonny) who went into the attic noticed that the roofers (we recently had a new roof built) knocked the dryer vent pipe from the roof, so it was blowing dryer lint into my attic (possibly dangerous!). He fixed it right up. These guys seriously go above and beyond. A big thanks to the three gentleman who showed up yesterday and did a great job in my home. They weren't in a hurry, either. They took their time and did the job right, and even swept up any dust and particles that fell out and missed the plastic. I appreciated how they carefully covered my nice television when working nearby. I'll never hire anyone else. Thank you!

QUICK SERVICE. VENTS LOOKED REALLY GOOD AFTERWARD. ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE AMOUNT OF DUST AND DIRT THAT WAS ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND FURNITURE WHEN THEY WERE DONE, BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED I GUESS. I SUPPOSE I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED IT MORE IF THEY TOOK LONGER JUST SO THEY COULD HAVE THE TIME TO COVER ALL THE FURNITURE FIRST. FOR THE CHEAP PRICE THOUGH, I JUST VACUUMED WHEN THEY LEFT AND IT WAS FINE.
