North Texas Duct Cleaning was very fast, and did a great job. I would hire again.

The two person team came on-time as scheduled and I appreciated their punctuality as well as a phone notification that they were on their way. After a brief explanation and survey of the workscope, they were very professional in preparing their equipment and coordinating the work. They even wore protection to cover their shoes which we appreciated. Since the number of ducts I have were more than the original price covered in the Angie's List offer, I had to paid extra for the additional ducts as well as agreed to have them clean my upstair furnace. This raised the cost unexpectedly (double) for this reason I indicated the pricing to be only good as the final cost were similar to market price. The service provided was good especially when the lead addressed an issue found with one of my ducts and had it repaired.. After cleaning the ducts, they vacuum and ensure all was well before heading off. Thanks!

They were very profesional and courteous. Did not leave a mess. I was pleased with the work.

They sent two guys who did a fantastic job. Bonito even found out that an extension cord was faulty and was tripping my electrical switches in the kitchen. I have had an electrician out here in the past who did not uncover this problem, so Bonito really knows his stuff. They also let me know that the air ducts in both bathrooms were not vented to the outside. All ducts and returns were cleaned and sanitized, all trash was swept up and taken away, and they did it all with a smile. Thank you boys!!!

So pleased! The 3-person team was fast and efficient; careful with our things and put down plastic to catch the dirt. Really appreciate the job they did and will use again for sure.

It was outstanding. We changed the appointment like 3 times and they were very flexible with me. The people is what stood out to me. They did not leave a mess. They were very honest with me. They told me that mine was pretty much clean and I won't need to do it again for 10 years. They told me stuff that I really didn't know. They came in at the right time. They called me before. They were flexible with the time that I was available. For what I did research on, they were fair. They were what it should be.

Everything went well. I would recommend.

After scheduling, they had to cancel last minute due to having a few of their guys out sick. They added an additional service at no charge to me to make up for the last minute cancellation. When the second appointment time came, they showed up on time and did a great job. I've used them before, and will use them again in the future.

They came with a crew of about 5, estimated a cost to clean the entire house but was too expensive. I select the vents needed to be cleaned and they cleaned with their rotor machine, I do not see a improvement in the air quality. Also they did not clean the vents in the higher ceiling. They were in the attic only for about 20 mins and they claimed to have cleaned the ducts which i dont see any difference. In fact the vents are blowing less air now for some reason

North Texas crew was very professional. They came on time; covered the floor, etc while cleaning all vents. They did a great job!

The service was exceptional from first contact to handshake when the work was completed. They arrived 15 minutes early and were professional and all business and went right to work. Every step was explained and all questions were answered. They put down protective coverings and took care to make sure everything went smoothly and quickly. The entire process took about an hour. They responded to me through email promptly to set up the appointment and I could not be happier with the results. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a similar job or other work that needs doing in the heating/cooling area and I will definitely be using them myself for my future heating and cooling needs. Extremely professional, helpful and friendly.

It took longer than expected. Hopefully it was done as well as could be. I did not go into the attic to check the process. This was the first time in 25 years this had been done here so I am sure there is less dirt now than yesterday.

Two-man crew arrived on time. We did a walk through and then they brought in the machines and got to work. They told me the musty smell I occasionally detect when returning home and turning the air back on, would be gone. And they were right. These guys are great.

They contacted me via the Message Center. I needed the service done before moving in, but they were not able to schedule until after that date. I arranged for someone to do the service today. So, I requested a refund.

It went great. Communication was good, they showed up on time, and did exactly what I needed them to do.

was surprised at how many air ducts and returns we have in a three story town home. paid additional cost for the ones not covered by the deal and research shows the price offered to angie's list members is still very good. The best part is the the service and professionalism. They were so good that we purchased another deal for our parent's home they were able to stay within the covered number of air ducts and return. they were also very impressed (and embarrassed) at how much dust was removed from the home. Will recommend to all friends and family. Great company to have done business with.

Provided services promised. I noticed immediate improvement in the air flow and quality in the house. The heat/air unit was working less and the next energy bill went down. We are breathing easier.
