It went very well. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning after I called. The service man arrived about 5 minutes before the appointment time, was very professional, quickly diagnosed and addressed the problem.

On Sunday morning I awoke to find one of my sprinkler zones was running continuously at a low level and flooding my side yard. I called Mia's and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back within a few minutes. He told me how to shut off the water at the street, and made an appointment for Monday afternoon (5pm per my preference.) He came as expected and found and replaced the valve to solve my problem for $160, and we made another appointment to replace a bunch of heads later in the week. This also was done as expected for $160, so the total was $320. Fast response, good work: recommended.

Replaced all broken or missing parts, adjusted the sprinkling angles to hit the yard and not the pavement. Completed the job in a professional, courteous manner. i would definately use the service again.

They were definitely responsive. I was a little bit surprised because they were casual around how they approached the estimation. The other providers took information and either worked up something in the car and brought it back to me or sent me a written estimate later on. But they just gave an estimate roughly. It was very close to what the others were and was pretty consistent so can't say it was radically different one way or the other. I guess I was a little bit lost that they were kind of casual about that. The paper work was not good. I would get a quote from them in the future. The guy that came out was definitely knowledgeable and fairly took the time to look at my property and up see the various issues, but it would have been nice if he had that information written down. They were less professional in how they handled their work.

Our sprinkler system was leaking and making our front yard a marsh. We had used another sprinkler service to make repairs last summer and they did not repair the system properly and they killed 2 of our Indian Hawthornes. Nelson came out, as promised and made the repairs to the system. He wasn't here even 1 hour. We were so impressed with his ability and knowledge of sprinkler systems. He was very professional. We will not only use him again, but we'll tell everybody we know about Mia's Quick Service Irrigation. They are wonderful!!!

The owner personally came to my home and supervised the job. It was done quickly and efficiently for a fair price. The owner advised me of alternatives that could make the job significantly less expensive.

He was very nice and very thorough. They are always really nice when you call them. They are always there and they come out when you call them. He was very friendly and did the holiday decoration for us. The price was pretty reasonable.

Nelson saved us at least $300.00 over a quote we got from H20 Sprinklers!

I spent about $1200. I think it was an average price. They were available on a short notice. There was a short time when everybody had disconnected the phone lines. There was a communication problem or something. I was not sure what was going on. They were on time. They were professional. I will use this company again in the future.

CALLED THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL, LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE. I CALLED BACK 5 MINUTES LATER LEFT A MESSAGE TO RESCHEDULE. CALLED AGAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY, LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE. TO THIS DATE NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK.. TO LATE I WOULD LET THEM INSTALL A GARDEN HOSE!!

They came the same day I request the service, the person encharge found what the problem was and at the same time he was able to fix it (valve broken)they had all parts they needed in the truck, after that he offer to inspect the entire sprinkler system and they found other problems that I didn't see. They gave us some instructions how to operate the timer and ideas how to conserve water in the future. They were very PRO, I will call them for sure if we need their service in the future. A+
