The Tech came out and we found that I had been running the irrigation for the last few months with one sprinkler not popping up which caused the erosion on the lawn. He replaced 3 Sprinklers (had to add extensions because of the thickness of the grass), adjusted a few more, and recommended that I level the lawn in the winter time when the lawn is dormant (Great Advice!)

No complaints. Only issue was the initial scheduling, but once scheduled technician arrived on time and was very friendly and responsive.

Nelson (principal) returned my initial service call request within a few hours and was able to help us get our system back up within 24 hours. The system modification was updated and tuned up the following week in +100 degree temps. Very happy with Nelson and his team! Will be using them on our next project Contractors like Mia's is the sole reason I remain an Angie's List member.

Tech was on time, very professional, checked the sprinkler system and made repairs as needed. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

The technician arrived promptly, assessed the system and gave me an estimate on the spot. Once I agreed to move forward, he fixed the issues immediately. He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and did all the work quickly!

The gentlemen who came out were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what they were doing every step of the way. They actually walked me through the 'fix' that the last company I hired had done which was obviously not working since the problem of water pressure and wire shortage had not been fixed. And they fixed the wiring and sprinkler heads and nozzles for half the price quoted by the last company. Its been months since they came out and I haven't had a problem since!

Manuel was efficient and well equipped for the work. my only complaint is that they charged $35 under materials. the only additional material used was $2 wire connectors. When I questioned the logic, he became defensive and so I let it go.

It went well and I have hired them 2 more times.

They came as scheduled and got the repairs done quickly. The price was reasonable and we were very satisfied.

The service man came to my house, inspected each of my sprinkler zones, and made recommendations on replacing a couple of sprinkler heads. I had one zone in particular that I thought might need a new valve due to pressure issues but he told me the valve was fine and there was just a break in the line and he pointed out where that break must be. He said he could dig it up and repair it if I liked for a cost or I could do the digging myself. I opted to dig the line up myself and repair it. I really did appreciate that he was honest about the valve not being the issue instead of just repairing it because I mentioned I was concerned about it.

It went fairly well until the technician forgot to put a head on one of the replaced sprinklers in a small garden area adjacent to our garage. The garage door, of course, had to be left open for him to turn each zone on/off. He has set the system to run for 2-minutes at each zone and was in the back yard when the front-zone, which included the above mentioned flower bed, went off and sprayed a heavy stream of water into our garage and onto some rather expensive art-work that was temporarily stored there while we are painting inside! I am not "a happy camper".

Initially I called another sprinkler repair company that said it would be a few weeks before they could get out to my house to repair the pipe and then they gave me a 4 hour window! I gave up on them and called Mia's Quick Service and true to their name a repairman showed up to my house in 2 days and within the 1 hour window I was given and the entire repair took under and hour.

Person came from the company came on time and inspected sprinkler. He found certain sprinkler head were not functioning properly, he replaced heads and ensured that they were working properly after fixing them. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He didn't charge anything over and above what I had paid through the Angie's list site. I would definitely hire them again.

Great. Were there when they said they would be, did great work including putting in a good drip system all at a fair price. Will definitley use them next time.

They dd not show up for today's appointment. I purchased through Angies's List on March 22nd and request Tue or Thursday. I received a call and confirmed an appointment for Thursday March 30th. When I call to find out why they did not show up, they stated that they had me scheduled for Thursday April 4th. I would not have scheduled that for out because of my changing schedule. What could have made this better would have been. For Mia's Quick Service to send email and/or text confirmation for the scheduled appoint date and time. For now they do not deserve a star quality rating.
