Set up an appt. Nelson called when he was on his way and arrived on time with a helper. Repairs and adjustments done in less than an hour. He found several more heads not working properly while checking system. He was very pleasant to work with and there were no surprises with the bill.

Nelson and his assistant called and asked to arrive earlier than our appointment (what a pleasant surprise) and worked quickly to remove the unwanted bubbler and suggested a sprinkler head instead to water the under watered area around it! He adjusted the back sprinkler head that was not watering properly. Then he found two other heads that were leaking and totally not working well and replaced those. They worked quickly and did exactly what I needed done in a timely manner. I will use Mia's again in the future! As a guide, the price included a coupon from Angie's, so the price reflects that.

Mia's Quick Service repaired 2 broken sprinkler heads, 1 damaged pipe, and cleaned all dirty heads. Checked entire system for problems on a very large front and back lawn. I will definately call them back when I need work done in the future. They were very professional and returned my call promptly.

Mia's repair tech Nelson replaced one underground sprinkler valve, then checked and adjusted sprinkler heads. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Everything was done in less than an hour. Online order submission was easy because it was integrated with an Angie's coupon. Good deal.

Mia's was FABULOUS! Nelson was really nice, punctual (I scheduled this over my lunch break) and he did a lot of quality work for a very reasonable price. He should have charged me more honestly. He worked very fast, everything was done well and I have had no problems since June when the work was completed. He was very helpful, especially with the advice on how/when to water. He suggested 2am, 6am and 10pm Wed/Sat for 7 min each zone. I was apparently running the system for too long each time. He said with my clay-based soil it becomes saturated and the water just runs unto the street (ugh...). I insisted I had a leak based on my water bills. He checked everything out- no leak and then figured out that it was my watering style that was the culprit. Since I (well, he) changed the sprinkler program my lawn looks great and my water bill hasn't been over $230 for a lot that is almost 1/3 acre. I still can't wait for fall for even cheaper water bills but a huge THANK YOU!! goes to Mia's!!

The work went very well. They helped us by installing a short -term solution while they ordered the new parts we needed. They came back and did the work as promised. Overall I am very happy w/ their work. I would totally use them again!

Pretty well, I bought the big deal. I felt that the labor was very competitive, but thought the parts seemed a little excessive. One problem is that I communicated we needed the valve replaced. Our HOA maintains the lawn and the sprinkler heads with our monthly dues. So I wished he would have communicated he was replacing them before they did. Overall he fixed the valve and it works great- he was very professional.

I called Mia's on Friday afternoon after finding the leak. They scheduled a service call for 8:00 - 9:00 on saturday morning. The service people arrived at 8:35. The technician knew what he was doing completing the work in a short time. He then check the rest of my sprinkler system.

They were on time and called ahead before the appointment. They were very nice to work with and did good work.

No one answers the phone. Called and left a detailed message. No one ever called back.

We were pleased with the service and they informed us of the cost before working. The work was completed as promised.

Mia's came early (!) to start on my sprinkler system issues and they had diagnosed the problem and were on their way to fixing it very quickly. They only dug up the areas that absolutely needed it and it seems that everything was fixed perfectly. (since everything is mostly buried, I can only go by the fact that it actually works, where before it didn't).

Cannot say enough about how pleased my husband and I were with Mia's. I called them on Memorial Day after one of our sprinkler zones was stuck on (even with no power) and our double check valve for the irrigation system had failed. They were the ONLY company that did not want to charge a ridiculous "holiday" surcharge for their service call. I believe the gentleman charged an additional $50 or so, which was minor compared to all of the other companies I called, and worth it considering the alternative was no water at all to our house. I was skeptical when the gentleman who took the call said he was "on his way", but low and behold, he pulled up with 45 minutes of the call. He repaired the wiring in the irrigation system, the double check and valve and another small leak in another zone in a little over an hour. We were very pleased with prompt service and reasonable fees!

Since I was new to Angie's list I decided to check it out. I reviewed Mia's Quick Service and the Special Offer of $59.50 for the first hour and called them. To my surprise they were scheduled to be in my area that afternoon. The estimate they gave me was $85.00. I had called another service not on Angie's List to compare and for the same work they wanted $160.00+. I will say that Nelson from Mia's and his helper did a great job. They were very courteous and performed the work in an excellent manner and at the cost of the estimate. I am quite pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. I also want to say that my first experience with Angie's List was very impressive and I will continue to go to them first every time. Thank you Angie. I've heard that on the TV commercials and never thought I'd be saying that but I'm very happy that I can.

Tree removal company nicked a sprinkler head and broke the irrigation line. Called several different irrigation companies. Mia's responded quickly with a phone call, over-the-phone estimate, fee schedule and scheduled the service call. Rescheduled the call due to rain. Arrived on time on day of service. Showed me the problem, replaced the broken pipe section ( I had already replaced the sprinkler head). Ran the system through all stations to make sure everything was ok and gave me a few suggestions for improving the system. I was very pleased with the service.

Technician showed up on time during the hour time frame given. He was extremely courteous and went straight to work. He made adjustments quickly and with great accuracy to get the coverage right on the yard and in our beds. I was planting some St. Augustine plugs and they were immediately able to be watered. He also adjusted the risers for parts that weren't being properly covered. I will use this service for all my needs into the future. I anticipate them being good at their fall lighting service and will use them for that as well.

They were here on time, completed the job within the time frame allowed, and were very pleasant to work with.In the past I had a difficult time finding someone to do the work correctly.Nelson did a wonderful job for us, and I will continue to use them exclusively. We highly suggest you give them a try.

Purchased a 50% off labor. Called and office staff was friendly and professional. Technician arrived on time and quickly determined the problem. Repaired it and even reprogrammed by system. I was very impressed with the expertise of the technician and his professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

I used Mia's in the past to replace a dead zone valve and was happy enough that I called them out again a year later. Second go-around did not go as well. One of my zones was no longer being activated by the control box which turned out to be a broken control wire somewhere in the ground. The zone's solenoid was fine and the guy demonstrated this to me. The fix was to run a new line of wire from the broken valve box to another working valve box and tie the 2 zones together. He recommended that I would need lower flow heads on the sprinklers to avoid pressure problems...ok. The work was not completed on the first day so he would need to come back. My yard was dug up in multiple places: 2 valve boxes, at the wire feed behind the garage, and a couple of "oops" places looking for valve boxes, as well as the new wire laid openly on the lawn. He would not be able to return for 2 more days to finish the work. He finally came back out and finished burying the wire, replacing heads etc. While not ideal to have 2 zones now running together, it did fix my issue. Beside the delays, the biggest disappoints were that 1) he did not use grease caps in the valve boxes to tie the new wires, just regular electrical twist caps (bad BAD!!!) 2) he ended up replacing and charging me for a new solenoid in my original problem zone even when he showed me it was working ok 3) he replaced a rotor sprinkler that was mismatched for the zone it was in but then took it with him. I know he was busy and appears to be the only tech for this company but I was not satisfied with the service I received. Sadly, I'll be looking for a new sprinkler repair company the next time I need service. :-(

I didnt like that they didnt show. They had done work for us in the past. They were suppose to finish the job. Then they didnt show.

I found them on Angie's List. They did a great sprinkler system but there were issues with the wires. They hadn't closed a couple of wires but they took care of it. I thought that the price was really reasonable. They came right away and did the work in a couple of days. The ground was so hard from the Texas weather that they used a shovel to dig all the way around my house.

I selected Mia's Quick Service because of their great ratings and I wanted a company available on the weekends. Nelson listened to my description of the things I had already done, and he quickly went about locating the valves and troubleshooting my system. He was very helpful as I had spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out the problem on my own. He let me ask numerous questions and was very informative on maintenance recommendations to prevent the problem from reoccuring. He was very professional and technically proficient. I would use them again.
