They came on time. They fixed the problem as promised. I paid them a fair amount. I am pleased.

Great. He arrived on time and completed all the repairs without any problem.

I liked the price, I thought it was good. They were fast, they came the same day we called. They kind of left a mess with the landscaping in front, that was the only sense in that I felt they were rushing. I don't know if I would use them again in the future because of that.

They were prompt as far as coming out for the estimate. I did have to reschedule with them a number of times before they started the work. The completion date ended up being drawn out much longer than we initially planned, but that was not a huge problem for me. I noticed, however, that two separate sections of the drift irrigation system were not working. I saw this two weeks ago, shortly after the service was completed. I have tried to contact them AT LEAST every other day, and on some days I reached out to them several times. I have not heard back. I would like for my drift irrigation systems to be repaired.

We scheduled an appointment several days (almost a week) in advance. Appointment was set for 8:30 AM. As of 9:45 AM no one has shown up or called with an explanation. I like to do business with companies that keep their word. Especially when we are wanting to install a sprinkler system and they tell us when they will be here for the estimate. I don't have time to sit around and wait on contractors for no reason.

They were very quick, professional and capable. I am usually leary of deals, but I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling and friendliness. Repaired three leaking faucets.

We have an old and very large house always in need of repair. We are usually at least partially unhappy with some aspect of the service we get. Mia's was an exception, we have no complaints, we were very impressed. Nelson was polite, professional, and extremely competent. What a pleasure to hire someone who is a master craftsman; this guy does more in an hour than most people accomplish in a day. If you have a problem with your sprinkler system, hire Mia's; this guy handles problems with the water pipes, electrical control box, digging up the underground pipes, valve boxes, whatever it takes. Prices are reasonable.

The service was great! I found a small "wetland" building up in my yard on Wednesday. I immediately went to Angie's List to find a repair person and look for a coupon. I found a coupon for Mia's Quick Service, but the coupon was not for repairs, just for a system check, so I didn't buy one. But, I called Mia's and spoke with Nelson about the leak. He offered to come by my house around 5p after his other jobs were done and assess the situation. He said he could then come back on Thursday to do any work that was needed. He showed up just after 5p and looked over the problem. Then he said it looked like a simple problem and proceeded to fix it on-the-spot. After he was done, he ran a couple of cycles on the system to see if there were any other problems likely to appear. As a result, he took care of a few sprinkler heads and re-set some times on the system. The charge was much less than I'd been led to expect by another company (who couldn't come out for a few days). I was relieved at the modest charges (especially considering the prompt visit) and totally impressed with Nelson. He was professional, more than prompt, and extremely efficient and effective when doing the work. I'll definitely be calling on Mia's and Nelson to do any future irrigation system work (routine checks and repairs).

I left a message on his answering machine and soon received a callback. The check valve was already turned off and no water was leaking on Wednesday when the break occurred, so no repairs were done that day. His first available time was Friday morning (today), which was fine with me. He arrived promptly and knocked on my door to let me know he had arrived. He attempted to re-use the existing check valve (22 years old) but could not disconnect it from the supply line. We originally tried to avoid the cost of a new check valve, but could not. I told him to go ahead and replace it. The repair was done in less than 2 hours and I was given the discount on the first hour. I tested a station on the system and found that all worked as it had before. I am very pleased with the quick response and was kept informed as the repair progressed. I work from home, so I was able to observe the work in progress.

When I began looking for someone to service our lawn irrigation system I turned to Angies List first. However, even before I could start looking I received a Big Deal promotion and once I looked at the ratings and reviews for this vendor it was a done deal!

Checked sprinklers but did not check coverage. Grass kept dying and another company reset coverage and timings. Grass became and stayed green.

I made the appointment, and the gentlemen showed up on the day and time scheduled. He checked the system and indeed found that I needed a new valve. He had the part with him and was able to easily make the repair. He had to dig up a portion of the grass, but it recovered quickly. No issues.

Arrived on time. Found the problem quickly and fixed it.

They were punctual, courteous, worked hard until job was completed. Cleaned up nicely.

They fixed everything so that my system works great now.

The guy was a little late arriving, he turned on all the sprinkler system and checked the sprinklers. I understood he was supposed to service them but he simply checked they were all working. In doing this he broke one and dislodged it from the grass by kerbside. I had to call them to come back, he fixed the broken one free and replaced it properly.

It went really well. They did exactly what needed to be done. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly. I was very pleased with them.

They were able to come the same day I called and arrived within the window they promised. The work was done quickly and properly with minimal damage done to the lawn to facilitate the repair. Nelson also checked other sprinklers while he was there to ensure they were operating properly. He was professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again.

It was an excellent experience. In fact, I used them again on another house.

There were good. They came out when they were supposed to and took care of the problem. My husband was the one that dealt with them the most so I'm not sure of the cost. We would use them again if needed.

They arrived on time and located the master valve that controls the irrigation system. There was a faulty switch and they replaced it and got it working. After that they fixed the 2 spots where there were leaks. Everything was done professionally and at a reasonable price. The whole thing took about an hour.
