Arrived as scheduled. Worked quickly and I was entirely satisfied.

They were prompt. He even came back one other time to answer some more questions for me at no charge.

Paid $75 for inspection and another 75 to replace 3 heads????? That is $25 a head. TOO MUCH

It turned out very well. We were very happy with the service we got. I would definitely recommend them. They were very prompt and came quickly on a leak. They took care of things very well.

Received prompt return call to schedule service. They arrived on-time and went right to work. After replacing the faulty valve, several other valves were found to be malfunctioning and were promptly replaced after getting approval from me. Work was done quickly and with quality. I like that he took the time to check the functionality of all my sprinklers even though I didn't specifically ask. Will definitely use them again for future sprinkler system maintenance.

He came at the time quoted. Fixed the pipes so no more water leakage.

It went fine. He was prompt and courteous.

These guys were awesome. They quickly assessed what was wrong with my sprinklers replaced some parts and got it up and running.

See above: Basically they came back and fixed it but I had to call to remind them to come back and I had to wait awhile. Overall it got repaired and they did not charge me extra for coming back and all the time that they put into it.

The company did a great job. They were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable!

My lawn has become green again and I'm no longer watering my sidewalk!

Very prompt this morning. In fact, he was early. Quickly diagnosed the leak and repaired a break in the main supply line. He explained his repairs after completing. Additionally, he tuned up the system replacing or raising multple sprinkler heads in the front yard. The gentleman was courteous. I was definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for sprinkler service.

The work done for me by Mia's Quick Service was fine. That was an in and out kind of thing. They just had to come fix one thing.

Purchased the coupon and service was scheduled for today between 8-9. Warning bells should have gone off when the person who answered the phone could barely speak English. They didn't show up and they didn't call. When I called them, she said that they couldn't come because of the weather and that she had left me a message. It was barely sprinkling, lawn mowers were working all over the neighborhood, and there was no message.

Nelson is a really nice guy, and inspected the entire system. Explained all the work he was doing. Planning to hire him for some other irrigation work. Thanks!!!

They were very responsive coming out the same day which was phenomenal. They fixed everything and I would use them again.

He is very prompt, he comes when he says he is going to. He is very courteous. He is sure to show me what work he has performed so that I know what has been done.

The company squeezed me into their busy schedule, Nelson was there early, called before arrival as promised. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and checked the whole system, set the timers too. All done in 30 mins. He did not try to exaggerate the problem and I felt I was dealt with honestly.

It went very well. I called on the day before and got an appointment. The serviceman arrived within the one hour appointment window. He checked the sprinkler system and control unit and marked the broken sprinkler units with orange flags. He replaced the sprinkler units, tested them again and set the control unit for the currently approved watering days.

I paid additional $40 other than the Big Deal I purchased. I would grade Mia's Quick Service an A overall.

Half of what was supposed to have been fixed near the end of summer was not working in March, when I started using the sprinkers again. In fact, zone 5 worked better before this company did the work than it did after the winter. The tech must not be that qualified as he took a long time and apparently did not really fix my system. I called the company several times asking for an invoice, but they never sent me one. After about 6 weeks, the tech called me and I asked him for an invoice, but they never gave me one. He told me what he did, but I really could not understand him. Every legitimate company issues invoices, but this outfit ignored my numerous request for an invoice. My mistake was paying them before getting an invoice. However, any other business would follow through with an invoice. It makes me wonder is there is possibly fraud involved involved with their accounting. I called the company a few weeks ago to see if they would call me back about the problem I'm still having. They did not return my call.

Excellent work ethic. and customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
