He arrived on time and quickly performed sprinkler check as well as performed repairs. replaced two sprinkler heads and ran additional sprinkler to part of back yard that had previously been covered by a shed.

It was nice. I was satisfied. Two employees came out and it took them around 40 minutes. They replaced a few sprinkler heads and they charged me $60.00, which I thought was a little high.

They are very responsive, I called last Friday and Nelson came to give me a quote on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and the job is done already, amazing! The price is incredible, I had quotes up to $2500 for the same job. If they weren't highly recommented by Angie's list, I would worry about their low price and probably will be afraid to use them. As it turned out, they are really wonderful and I saved a lot of money. Nelson is a really personable guy, he fixed our leaky faucet at no charge. I'll definitely use them again if I have any minor plumbing issues in the future.

They were good, fast, and inexpensive. Very professional.

Scheduling was not very easy. We texted back and forth a few times and it seemed like they didn't read any of my messages with scheduling options. They were polite and professional but very rushed. I was surprised at the cost of the sensor.

The service went well. They were very responsive and were easy to schedule out. I had them repair a few sprinkler heads. The staff is awesome and we now use them regularly. They do great work and their pricing is very reasonable. They are family operated and very nice to work with.

Service was as advertised, they came over on time and quickly got to work. I asked them to relocate another head and that was done in about 5 minutes - incredibly fast. I also had them provide me with information on watering plans and how much should each zone get. Will definitely use them again!

We purchased the Angies List Big Deal-- for the sprinkler tune up for $49. After their inspection, we were advised there's a leak in our sprinkler system/ pipes and that we needed to replace several sprinkler heads. It cost approx $400-- which we went ahead and agreed for them to do the work. The technicians were professional and friendly

Mia's quickly replied via email when I bought my big deal and scheduled the visit. They called again to cancell the visit and reschedule. I called back several times and got an answering machine every time. It took a few days for us to touch base on a new day for the visit. They called again to see if they could come on an earlier day and that was fine. The day of the visit they called again to say the time had changed, which was fine too. However, they should up earlier than the rescheduled time. That was fine too, it just made me wonder why so many reschedules. The guy rang my doorbell and gave me his card. They inspected my sprinkler system and fixed a couple of issues. They gave me an estimate on adding a new sprinkler head and told me the rest was fine. I called them a week later to get an estimate on adding a drip system and they were very responsive this time and came right away. He gave me a verbal estimate. I have not heard from them since. I'd like to use them again as they did good work, but their responsiveness worries me.

The service was fine and they did a good job. Everything is working well. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours. The technician was a nice guy.

They told my wife that they did not know how to program the unit for multiple days so they just did it once for that day. The system is a standard Rain Bird system. They said the system could not be set for different days and I went out to the system and I figured out that was not true and it put us at risk for not watering the grass properly during the allowed time by our city. The price was good but if the service delivered is not accurate then it makes the price irrelevant.

They inspected the sprinkler system. They gave me an estimate to replace most of the system. I'd just bought the home recently, and the previously homeowner didn't maintain the system. They informed me that I needed to replace several valves and sprinkler heads. It took them between 30-45 minutes, and they knew what they were doing. When we called to schedule, they were able to accomodate our schedule and get us scheduled pretty quickly. They showed me ID as soon asI opened the door and they were early to our appointment.

They did a great job at a great price.

It was not good. They didn't come. It was a miscommunication about when they are going to come so nothing really came about it. I just wasted $49. I sent an email to follow up with them but I never got any feedback. I gave them some time. They came out on a time I was not present. They called me and I sent an email last month to help me understand what is needed and I just never heard back from them. They just came out to do some work. It couldn't be done and they did not adjust to do anything to my knowledge. It was not their fault necessarily. We had miscommunication and I wasn't there when they came out so I have no knowledge on what needs to be done. I think Charles put my number in there and they will give me call, but I am not always there and so that's where I think we got off base.

I was very pleased with the service as not only did the worker help fix a few sprinkler heads, he also pointed out issues with the drip line and fixed them as needed. Helped to tweak the system to run more efficiently. Great service and professionalism so would recommend

I could not quite figure out what had I purchased. Basically for the pre-paid service, he just reset the timer. I could have done that myself. He focused more on the extra repairs that I needed and I ended up paying an additional $150. I could really not figure out exactly what did I prepay for. I felt a little tricked after he had left.

They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. However for the way they billed me, I couldn't tell if I got the discount I paid for.

It went fine. They did a nice job. They were professional and quick at reasonable cost.

Still need to schedule. Will write another review soon.

He was quick, too quick! He left 1 sprinkler totally inoperative,1 covered with just enough dirt to not emerge sufficiently to spray properly. He did not follow up with my wife after he thought he was through to demonstrate to her what he had done by walking her through the property to show that each part of his work was adequate and that every fixture functioned to her satisfaction. Very impressed with the speedy response of this vendor. Called in the morning and they were out in the afternoon. Nelson was very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced old soaker hoses in three beds, one of which is about 24 feet long. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Will definitely use this company in the future.

When they arrived I did not hear the door bell. The dispatcher called my phone and told me they were out front. I felt really bad. It was about 20 minutes. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They promptly went about checking all heads, replaced 5 that were broken, and set my timer properly. He also told me that I could add an extra zone to the system that could control soaker hoses fitted around the foundation. I will definitely keep this in mind for the future. I feel more confident that the tuneup will make my system will perform better for this upcoming summer because of Mia's.

Excellent work!! Replaced to broken sprinkler heads at a very reasonable cost. Also set the timer to provide better irrigation to the lawn.
