It took 2 trips for the job to get done, but he did a really nice job.

It was fine. The company sent one tech and he was at the home for an hour and a half.

They were set as we requested.

The guy was great. They were good. They were quick and they were fast. He was just easy to talk with. He's really personable too. He was really good.

Checked sprinklers and fixed couple of problems related to broken head and broken control wire

The provider came out soon after I scheduled the appointment and the workman assessed my sprinkler coverage and reset the timer for several zones. They also recommended capping 2 sprinkler heads and reinstalling 2 new heads in different locations to ensure I had complete coverage in my backyard. I had added a patio several months prior and the location of the previously installed sprinkler heads were no longer giving me full coverage. The provider quoted me a reasonable price foe the additional work and they completed the work in the same visit. I would definitely use Mias again and recommend them to anyone looking for sprinkler service.

Overall they did a great job. They arrived on time, did the inspection found a couple of broken sprinkler heads (which I knew I had) and repaired them. I decided to use them based upon a Big Deal I purchased but I would look to use them again for other sprinkler needs.

Went well. did not seem too big a job for the price charged. However, I got what I needed and the guys were very professional.

Overall it went well. The next time the system went off, I noticed some areas where there was less than adequate coverage. It would have been helpful for the tech to run the system as a demonstration so I could have seen the effectiveness of the work. They did not check back with me to see if there were any other needed adjustments. But, I guess I got what I paid for.

I bought the $60 special for the Tune-up and inspection of our sprinkler system. The person arrived on time, Tuesday morning 9 a.m., and performed the tune-up / inspection in 10 minutes. He told my wife that three of the valves need replacement, and left. He did not leave an invoice or any information regarding which valves need the replacement. (Also, I am not sure what was the tune-up portion of the work). I have been calling them for last one week to find out which of the valves were shot. I need to know them so I can replace them. The lady keeps telling me that the serviceman will reach out to me, but I haven't heard from anyone. I just want to know which 3 valves are not functioning, and am hoping that a bad review will get their attention and a response. Shah

Appointment was set to check out/adjust sprinklers & I knew in advance some of the heads needed to be replaced. There was an issue with the sprinkler line in one place in the back yard where the line was being pushed up to ground level due to a large chunk of concrete under the line. About a year ago this line broke causing water to spray straight up into the air, however, when the other company repaired the line they did a "temporary" fix, not informing me of the issue with the concrete. The 2 young men from Mia's who came to my home were professional and pleasant. When I asked one of them to check out the line in the back yard that had the issue (I was concerned with freezing since it was at ground level - but I had covered it with dirt), they informed and showed me the concrete chunk that had to be dug out (was quite deep). They completed this work and hauled away the chunk of concrete. I will definitely use this company again. The only reason I did not give them a straight A rating is that sprinkler heads were replaced before asking for my approval - and, yes, I would have agreed.

Arrived early, proceeded to inspect, found 4 heads that needed to be changed out. Asked if i wanted to change them out and after I said yes, installed them then finished out with a final inspection of all heads.

The service person was friendly, professional & knowledgeable with the work. He performed the job well.

I bought a new house with a sprinkler system. As this was new to me, and my inspector noticed a small problem, I called Mia's to come check out my system. Though a tad late, they showed up and tested the whole thing. The technician was very helpful with suggestions and showed me how to use all the equipment and offered an immediate evaluation of things that could be improved. I was very satisfied and when I go to make those changes, I will be calling them.

Adjusted sprinklers, replaced a couple of heads, and repaired a sprinkler line that was broken. The tech described the problems, and repaired them efficiently. He also told me how to monitor another potential problem. The job was well done.

The company never showed up for the scheduled appointment.

There was a bit of a language problem. Thick Spanish accent. Wound up having to pay 250 over coupon price to replace part. Had to reschedule because they were overbooked on initial date. Then they tried to leave early because they had another job to get to, before they were finished with me. Talked them into staying and completing job. I had to reprogram sprinkler system because they didn't set times correctly.

The service went fine. I was not home while they did the service, but I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I believe one technician came out for the job and no repairs were needed. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the job.

Manual arrived on time, introduced himself immediately and started the evaluation. He confirmed what we already knew, presented an estimate and finished the job in 30 min.

He should up 15 minutes late. Turned on the sprinkler walked around the house and marked the one he thought were leaking with red paints. He did not clean or adjust any sprinkler head. When I offered him the sprinkler head map, he said it was not required. When I should him the ones he missed, he said that was not important. He did replace any sprinkler head for the paid price and refused to close a line that I needed shut off. He suggests that I would change all sprinkler heads in my house while he only painted 7-8 of them. he asked $11/sprinkler head.
