Description of Work: Replaced and installed a new sprinkler valve. They were very punctual and professional. The sprinkler system works fine now.

Description of Work: Excellent service. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it, and at the agreed on price! I'm calling them again the next time I need sprinkler repairs.

Description of Work: They repaired my sprinkler. I had issues with them trying to cancel the service time we agreed on. I was in a time crunch since I was fixing to have surgery and would be away for at least 2 weeks. It was difficult getting them here but they did a great job when they finally came.

Description of Work: Outside irrigation system inspected. A couple of minor adjustments were made. Nelson is a pleasant man the only negative is his punctuality because he was late and did not call until I called to find out when he would be at the house.

Description of Work: They came out and replaced some sprinkler heads and checked all of my equipment and coverage. He was very professional and a job well done. its been a few months so really I don't remember the amount I spent... just sorta guessing but Im happy with the work!

Description of Work: We had water standing in our side yard despite the sprinklers being off and 105 degrees outside. My wife got their name from Angie's list, where I am going to also post this. I called them and they made an appt to come out the next AM, which they did and were on time. The man said he needed to turn off the water to the sprinklers and come back in 2 days, since there was too much water for him to work. I thought that is just great, they are going to charge me twice, but I was wrong. He said there was no charge for the first day. I was there 2 days later and it was Nelson who came out. After digging around a while, he said that the PVC was broken and the valve was fine. He then wanted to check and make sure all the sprinlers worked before he left. The price I was charged was less than quotes from the competition and he took my credit card. He could have easily charged me more and told me that he replaced the valve, but he was honest. After I paid, I told Nelson that I did not know where the cut-off valve was for the sprinklers. Nelson not only showed me where it was, he went to his truck to get some pliers and showed me how to turn it on and off. I would certainly use them again!

Description of Work: Among other things, I paid for a regulator on one zone of my sprinkler system. It is defective. The city told us to get it fixed. There is no way they (Mia's) can say this is something new and charge me for a fourth trip, so now I'm having trouble getting them out here to replace the defective regulator. One of the heads they replaced is missing the center, so I have a gusher at that spot and can't water the lawn at that zone. Needless to say I'm very disappointed. I call during business hours, but the phone is not answered. They have broken two appointments to repair it. Over a week ago he stopped by, but said he'd come back and check it in another day or two, and if it was still leaking he'd repair it. He never did. Since then they have broken two appointments without even calling till the next day. . Charlotte Henry, Lewisville Mia's did show up on Fri and seem to have corrected the situation. Our meter no longer shows a leak and they replaced the defective head. Thank you.

Description of Work: Nelson was very courteous, explained the issues and process, as well as an estimate to replace wiring, valves, etc. He arrived and worked to correct a much lesser issue and came in well below the estimate. Nelson then serviced all 8 zones for heads, spray radius, etc...finishing the job by setting my timer. I would absolutely recommend Mia's and already have. Thank you!

Description of Work: In three attempts to reach a person to give me an estimate on work needed, I got no response. Two emails and one phone message left. Mia's Quick Service is not very quick.

Description of Work: My dog dug up and damaged a sprinkler valve box. The wires were all torn up. Nelson came out less than 24 hours after I called him. He analyzed and fixed the problem quickly. He was pleasant to deal with and charged a fair price.
