 + -1 moreThey claimed they lost our contact information but I had also left messages but with no response. When I finally got a response after a 3rd attempt I went into the office for a bid and the assistant pulled out my file that was supposedly lost. Go figure. Then I went back for an appointment to look over the construction bid I ended up waiting forever until I finally said I need to leave. The sales lady in the office was rude also and acted as if we could not afford to be trying to buy a house. The only good thing I can say is they come back with pricing fairly quick once they actually do it. I would not recommend them based on service but if you find one of the spec homes for a good price the quality seems acceptable.
