+ 0 moreLSDG is not a good company to work with. I was a contractor for the for a while and they made every kind of excuse not to pay. I had many issues with them to pay me on time and would never get it addressed. Still till this day I'm waiting on a check from them for one of my last jobs there. I have tried communicating with Billy Mitchell the owner and also JR, with is the VP. They can't even pay me a balance of $800 that they owe me. Beware. Do not use them!! If they can't pay me that small about, I sure I'm not the only one with issues with them

+ -1 moreWork was performed completely and to our full satisfaction. The company handled all communication with the insurance and only wanted to be paid after we received the insurance money. The only frustration was communication. There was no instance of communication that was not initiated by us, including when on the day of the roof replacement the crew did not show up until 4 hours after the agreed time. We had to call to find out that they were held up at a previous job. That wouldn't have been a big deal, if they just would have let us know. Otherwise we were satisfied with the service.

From the moment I called the home office to the completion of the job, I was consistently amazed by the quality of work and professionalism. Our liaison from the company, Adam Proctor, did a fantastic job to coordinate every single facet of the work. He answered to and addressed every question or concern we had. Adam made us feel we were not just another work site and made the whole process a pleasure. I was expecting this to be a stressful experience. I was just the opposite We were very impressed with the crew that performed the work as well. They did a great clean up around our home too. Both Adam and the Home office called the day before to ensure we were ready to start the next day with several helpful tips. All were very courteous, polite, and professional. More importantly, the LSDG team was easy to work with and very personable. They addressed each and every concern we had with our home and ensured we received top notch treatment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new roof. Great experience !! Thank you LSDG for being there for us. FIVE STARS !!!

Description of Work: I contacted LSDGROOFING to do an inspection on my roof after my insurance adjuster said there was no damage. Every other house in the area needed a new roof and I I found it hard to believe my roof did not. I originally contacted Billy but he did not return my calls since he was working out of state. After I sent an email to the company Josh contacted me and immediately came over to inspect my house. He offered to meet with my insurance adjuster to make sure my needs were met. Josh made himself available for the adjuster and in fact waited over an hour and a half for the adjuster to show up and went over all aspects of my roof with the adjuster. Unfortunately both he and the adjuster came to the conclusion that my roof did not qualify for replacement. It did show signs of needing some repair from an incorrect installation so Josh will be doing that work. Josh Wolverton has been outstanding in his professionalism, punctuality and knowledge. I would highly recommend him. Update: Since that last review, LSDGROOFING has not even begun to schedule the work to be completed. I have contacted them multiple times, I have been given dates when workmen would come out, but nothing has happened. I am finding it difficult to balance the original responsiveness with the current lack of interest. I have given this company multiple opportunities to do the work. At this point, I have no other option but to change my original review and provide an honest review of their lack of customer service. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.

+ -1 moreProject went well. Estimator came to house to evaluate problem and give quote. A few days later, the work crew arrived..very polite and clean....and they made the minor repair to a roof vent, which fixed my leak.
