I have left over 3 messages and 10 calls these people never return calls!! So rude and unprofessional

I'm property manager that manages multiple properties. This is the second property they painted for me that I needed done last minute and they came through in the crunch. 2,200 sq foot was completely painted in 3 days and was ready for move in. I can really trust these guys to get in, get out and complete a home without any supervision. This is the kind service that is really important to me and almost impossible to find in the painting industry.

We purchased a new home recently and not only did the builder use the cheapest paint but they tried to charge us a crazy amount to use the colors we actually wanted. So we decided to have all of the walls in the living spaces repainted. After doing a little research, based on the Angie's List reviews, we contacted Instyle Painting for a quote. We were contacted quickly by Ray, who is both professional and nice, and who quoted us a fair price. The painting took a little longer than anticipated (due to the painters having to patch up some of the builder's shabby sheet rock work), but was completed smoothly. We were charged the exact price of the quote. The paint looks nice, and is much higher quality than what was there before. The price also included prep work and cleaning. Ray returned all of my calls very promptly. Even when I accidentally pocket-dialed his number a few days later, he returned my call immediately. I highly recommend Instyle Painting and will highly recommend to all fellow Angies List members.

This company absolutely ROCKED MY WORLD!!! So professional! Everything you wish a painting company would be! I got stood up by painters who had promised to come paint my kitchen , cabinets and breakfast area on a Sunday. Called inStyle Painting on Monday and told them what happened. They had a crew at my house Tuesday morning ready to go! Painted all the walls and re-did my cabinets with antique glaze finish I found in a magazine. Banged it out in no time and it exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be using them for future projects! I am very pleased!!!

We just built our addition and I had them paint the walls, ceiling and doors. I did not know this, but because it was just drywalled and textured all the areas had to be primed before painting. To my surprise, they primed all the walls and ceilings at no additional cost. I also feel bad that because of this they had to come back a second day because the primer was taking longer to dry. The end result is phenomenal and I know have a new space to entertain. Thanks again for taking the time and effort to prime everything before painting that quality of service really blew me away.

They only did one coat should have done two. They had enough paint there was plenty left over. They were very messy paint spatters on things in room , dark green paint on carpet on white woodwork on my brand new wood floors there didn't put furniture back I got them to comeback and put another coat of the dark green on the walls. I will never use them again. I am still cleaning paint off of my white wood.

We bought a house last year and waited till we could afford having our house painted. after calling 4 companies we went with them, the gentleman gave us an estimate emailed to us on the spot. other companies took a few days and 1 company didnt even bother to send it to us even after we called and left them a message. They were the lowest out of the estimates we received by a few hundred and my husband and I decided to go with them. a crew of 3 showed up in our house walked through the colors with us and they were very friendly. we have hard wood floors so we were concerned about the mess with a painting project but after watching them do the prep work we got comfortable as they covered all the wood floors and the project manager said they clean right away if theres any drops on the floors. took them 3 days to finish the whole project and we cant be more happy. the colors came out great and their lines perfect. we were some what concerned with how the texture in the bathrooms and kitchen would turn out over the wall paper but they did an amazing job it looks like our other walls. we were also concerned when we saw the kitchen walls painted as it didnt look vibrant but they added a second coat before the last day when they walked with us. Ive already referred them to my sisters and my best friend.

We recently decided to sell a rental property and the tenants had NOT left the home in great condition. I sought out numerous quotes for painting the entire interior of the home, and Instyle came back with one of the most reasonable costs AND they were able to get their crew to the home within just a few days, whereas the other painters were telling me it would be a couple weeks. When you are having to carry the cost of a rental property, timing is a huge priority! Not only were they able to get out there quickly, they had the entire house painted (trim and doors included) in one day. I was a little nervous before I saw it that perhaps they had not done a thorough job, but it looked fantastic. And, they did it all without causing any damage to the floors or carpets. Everything was put back, cleaned up and ready to show again. I have already recommended Instyle to friends of mine who are needing painting done and will continue to do so. Great quality of work, great price, and great timing - you really can't beat that.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon to schedule an appointment to get a bid to paint my entire house. They were nice enough to come out that same day and provided me a full written estimate and provided lots of professional recommendation that I did not even think off that really helped me out on this project. After getting 2 more bids, I decided that inStyle was definitely very fairly priced and provided that best scope of work. Miguel and crew showed up at 8:00am every day and worked till 6. They made sure to cover and tape off the entire home from top to bottom and not a single droplet got on the floor. They did knock down texture throughout the house and hand trowel texture in bathrooms and kitchen. I used Sherwin Williams Kilim Beige on the walls and the house looks great. Nice and neutral and just like new My entire home was completed ahead of schedule and I am very satisfied with the quality of work. The crew was extremely clean, courteous and professional. At the end, Irina followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care and told to call if I ever needed touch ups in the future.

I went with them as their estimate was the lowest. Big mistake. I had popcorn ceilings removed and retextured, the walls floated and retextured, the entire inside painted, and the exterior painted, They are careless with prep, masking, covering. The texture overspray was on EVERYTHING!!! Windows, fireplace, baseboard, blinds, lighting fixtures, kitchen counters, stovetop, ceiling fans, cabinets, shower, tub and toilet. The cleaning staff consisted of one of the worker's wife coming and trying to tackle the massive overspray factor. The job manager Ray's response was "these are not college-educated men". Maybe YouTube has a video for how to use masking tape and plastic covering... It was one issue after the next during the 2 week job. The exterior of the house was more poor workmanship and poor excuses. No primer was used to cover the dark brown, so of course it bled though requiring multiple coats. I had to be after them constantly to make sure the work was actually done, inside and out. One of the workers did not realize I was standing behind him as he proceeded to curse about me to the other worker. I found a 12 pack of empty beer bottles and paint dumped in my garbage can. Again, Ray had unprofessional excuses. Overall it was tedious and aggravating just to get a simple job done. I would not recommend them.

We had a big paint job and had 3 contractors coming out to give us quotes. inStyle's price was the most competitive, and they delivered the work excellently as well. They had to apply several coats to cover the existing dark paints and move some furniture around, but they accommodated without complaining. The crew were professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with their work and will definitely use them again in the future!

I purchased the Big Deal coupon and let them know that we had lots of cracks from a foundation adjustment, so we were willing to pay extra. They evaluated the situation and gave us a price, which we found fair. The crew did a GREAT job. The ceiling and walls were pretty cracked, and now they look pristine. However, the crew did a bad job cleaning up after themselves, and there was a mistake they weren't willing to fix until after we talked to the owners. Overall, though, I'd say everyone was pleasant, professional, and very competent. The house looks great. I will use this company again.

This was an Angie's Big Deal. The quality of the job, overall, was excellent. The reason for a "B" in professionalism is because the painters did not move some furniture back into the last room they painted. I understand that it wasn't dry, but they could have moved the furniture back in but not against the walls. Also, be sure to check that all nooks and crannies were painted before letting them go. That being said, let me reiterate that the quality and finishing work overall was excellent.

These guys did a wonderful job. They first power washed, made minor repairs and prepped the entire house. They applied 2 coats of quality Sherwin Williams paint and house looks beautiful!!! Would highly recommend.

The staff was very professional. The job they did exceeded my expectations. Time frame they performed the work in was better than expected. They left the master bedroom untouched until the last day of painting so I had some place to hang out while they were painting, repairing, texturing the rest of the house. That was a nice touch. That approach allowed me to stay in the house during the painting job. Last day they painted the master bedroom and put all the furniture back into place. Started on a Saturday per my request. They generally do not work on Sunday. Two of the gentlemen volunteered to work on Sunday to speed up the process. Which was much appreciated. They were respectful of my time; ensuring their start and end time was acceptable for me. The crew was friendly and efficient. When they left, the only task ahead of me was putting pictures on the walls and reconnecting some of my electronics.

Provider was contacted and set up an appointment to review the property and schedule the work. Upon arrival, it was mentioned that the floor space of the home was well over 1600 square feet and would take additional Big deals to complete - even though only the top story of 1600 sq ft was to be painted (approx 3300 sq ft home total). Even though the provider did not perform the work, they were very professional and I would have rated them very high on their professionalism.

Very professional from the estimate to the actual painting. Painter showed up on time, worked hard, was very meticulous, profesional and took pride in his work. The paint job was outstanding! I had a call back from the business to make sure I was satisified with the work and to tell me that I have a one year warranty for any touch ups. I will certainly use them in the future for any painting needs that I have.

The young man who came out side the deal only covered trim, windows, gutters and siding and since my painted brick was brick they would have to charge me more due to more expensive paint. When I offered to pay the difference in value he also said there would be an upcharge for the actual painting of approx $800. He said he would speak to his boss and get back with me later that day. I have not heard from him or the company since. This appears to be a bait and switch tactic.

Home has vinyl siding and had become dirty over time. Cobwebs, dirt, wasp nests, etc. Called this company because they were running a special and the job was scheduled promptly and work performed as promised. Will use them again in the future. House looks great.

They did a great job. Everything was wonderful.

It went very well. I was impressed with the attention to detail. They replaced a good deal more of rotted wood than I had expected to have replaced. I did not have to babysit and make sure they did their job right....it was readily apparent that they did what they needed to do to do the job right. For example, I really liked how they sealed the existing wood creating a water tight barrier and they did the same with the new sections of wood they installed. They basically charged a little less than another company had quoted for the painting project but the other company wasn't willing to do any rotted wood replacement as part of the quote. They did a great job and it shows! It looks so beautiful!

I made a humongous mess in my 1980's media room. First I tried to use chemical solutions to remvoe teh existing varnish and whne that became more and more of a huge mess I switched gears and bought a few different types of sanders and proceeded to sand down the walls. I finally gave up and called InStyle who had painted the exterior of my home the year before. Their guys did a great job. It turns out I wasted alot of effort in that it wasn't necessary to sand down the wood as I had done and because of that the end result was darker than I had originally planned but I really love the way it looks now. It has an espresso finish now. The sealant they used was applied in 2 coats and has a soft, smooth finish. I think it looks great!
