Overall they were good and as a customer I had to know all spots that they had missed and they were able to fix any spots that they mixed. This was good but if I did not have to point it out to them then it would not have been good. They were responsive at fixing anything that was not done properly so I would highly recommend them.

Instyle's customer service was very professional from the very beginning. They came out, gave us a very reasonable price and promptly emailed their quote with the project details. After choosing the paint colors, their cabinet painter got to work. He did a great job of taping off the cabinets and tarping off the kitchen (since the painting technique they were using was more of a spray that could migrate to other rooms.) From what I understood, the process of painting cabinets included first cleaning, sanding, and priming the cabinets. Although I was told that the cabinets were prepped before they were painted, the final product leads me to believe otherwise. Overall, the cabinets achieved the look we were aiming for, but upon closer inspection, there were areas of the cabinets that had paint already chipping away, obvious dirt and oil stains that had not been properly removed before painting, and even two larger areas where the plastic tarp had clung to the drying paint. When we contacted the company about our concerns, they were quick in response and came out the next morning to fix some of the problem areas. Although they did repaint over many of the spots that had chipped away or not dried properly, nothing was done to fix the areas that had the textured areas where plastic had been stuck and overall, the cabinets just did not look like they had been professionally done. Truly, my biggest disappointment was that I feel as though the cabinets were not properly prepared (sanding and painting with a primer first) and therefore, the majority of the cabinets lack the very clean and flat look that I expected from a professional painter. There are areas where you can still see (though it is light) the oak lines underneath... not the texture of the oak wood... but the actual dark lines from the ordinal coloration. This company was great with communication and I felt as though they wanted us to be 100% satisfied, but that desire was not shared by the actual painter that did the work, or at least not enough to warrant the time it might take to properly sand and paint a coat of primer BEFORE actually painting the cabinets. I do hope that in the future, their cabinet painter can see the value and importance of priming first. I believe their customer service is eager to make the company successful, but again the actual person performing the service seemed okay with a mediocre finished product. *As a follow up, after a couple weeks of actually using the kitchen, I am still pleased with the overall look, but have had to pull out the left over paint more than a couple times to fix the places where paint has chipped away. We also covered one "tarp textured area" with the trashcan.

They were very good. We didn't actually move into the house where we were going to use their services but if we did, we would definitely recommend them. It was a very competitive quote. It was the best quote we got out of 4 quotes. They were by far the most professional and the most affordable. They were very helpful and they gave us a lot of different options to fit our price points. We got the feeling they wanted to do what was in our best interest versus what was economically beneficial for them. They looked out for our best interest regardless of compensation and we really appreciated that. They were fast and prompt. They actually gave us the name of another contractor for our carpeting that we had an extremely great experience with. We plan to use them for painting for a new house that we are going to rent out.

Got multiple estimates before starting the project. inStye gave me best price and were great to deal with. Started the job on-time and finished on-time as promised. The exterior looks like its brand new!

I am so glad I found this company in the last minute I was about to give the job to another contractor. They offered very competitive price. The manager and the workers are very friendly, honest and professional. During the two weeks, they repaint my whole house inside and out and completely cleaned the site after finishing the work. They also did me a lot of favor, such as power wash the exterior wall, custom made some wood bases to replace rotted one, re-position the ceiling fan, which are not in the scope of original contract. One of the contractor also referred his friend as electrician to do some work they cannot do. I am very pleased at the quality of their service and will definitely refer to my friend and use them again.

First of all, this company was a godsend. They painted the interior of my home, except for 2 rooms in 2 days. Including extensive trim work, high ceilings, and columns. Just beautiful work, great team run by Omar and Gary! Would highly recommend and will post photos soon. You will NOT be disappointed with this company. If anything they give you more than you pay for and more.

Everything went well, and they did a good job. I appreciated that they didn't request payment until after the work had been fully completed. Unfortunately, communication with the work crew was difficult since they didn't speak English.

InStyle came out on time to quote the multiple rooms I needed to get painted. A few days later, their guys came out and painted the rooms- they were efficient, prompt, and clean. I'm very happy that I chose them and they showed their professionalism because they had no issues in coming back to do a few touch ups. I'm very happy with the finished results. FYI: They used Sherwin Williams paint.
