Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $89 for Full Interior & Exterior Pest Control Treatment!

Description of Work: dug tenches on friday, said they couldn't come back until tuesday. i had dirt, plants, and large rocks at my front door and on the back deck so i asked them to finish on saturday. they came back but said they don't usually work on saturday. he hurridly sprayed something in the trenches, piled the dirt up unevenly at my front entry so that water would have drained onto my entry, the heavy rocks in my rock garden were scattered and the plants not replanted. there was no attempt to remove the dirt from the deck in the back and put it back in the trench. I am not sure the spraying was really done because he said on friday that the sprayer was broken. i did not see any termites myself and they did not check for any. i have had termites in the past and i told him about that and where they came in but he didn't look. they should not have come out on friday afternoon unless they could finish the job and only if they know their equipment is working. lastly, they should hire professional prople to represent them or see to it that the work is done.I don't feel that they did perform any service because it was a total exercise in frustration and i was left to clean up their mess.if i do see termites, i will call the company i used in the past.

Description of Work: The company from the beginning said the offer wasn't any good. That Angie's list had already been notified to take it off, but that he would have the owner of HK Pest control call me, which he never did. Called you guys, ya'll told me that you had worked something out with them and that they would honor the Big Deal, that they should call in a couple of days. I've never heard anything from anyone.

Description of Work: Contacted them in the first week of April to schedule appointment. The appointment was set for Friday, April 12th, at 2:00 p.m. I took off work to be at home. They did not show up, nor did they call. I contacted them this morning and was told by owner that they had contacted Angie's List to state they were not going to honor this special as they were losing money.

Description of Work: I signed up for the offer and received a call within a couple of days to set up an appointment for Monday April 1. They didn't show up at the time and when I called in I told the dealer I would have to reschedule for a different day since I had another engagement. He agreed to come on the following Monday at 11:00, but again didn't show up. I finally called the comay phone number this morning and was told that they were not able to honor the coupon and I should call Angie's List for a refund. He said that Angie's list had made an error on the ad and they were not honoring the coupon. I was surprised to see that you have a new coupon offer with the same company at a higher price under the circumstances.
