Hawkins Landscape came out to bid on a patio and arbor project for me. After meeting with them and discussing the details of what I wanted, they left and said they would have a bid to me the next week. They called the next week and said they needed their construction manager to come over to look at the job so they could bid it. Shouldn't they have come on the original visit? I said that would be fine and he was to come by that day. Three days later he stopped by unannounced. The following week, I received a message from them that they were still working on the bid and I should have it by the end of the week which was now three weeks after the original visit. All other bidders had a proposal to me within 2-3 days. That was the last I heard from them. I never received a proposal from them and never heard another update.

Hawkins Landscape is very careful and thorough in their work. Bill spent time at the nursery helping me choose the cypress trees and was onsite when they were planted. His crew was well equipped and prepared for the trimming of bushes and trees, including several large ones.

From my first phone call to Jill, through the design visit, estimate from Bill to the finished work I have been more than satisfied and delighted with the outcome. Jill set my mind at ease by answering all my initial questions and making me realize I had chosen the right company for the job. On the day Bill came to discuss the work I was further convinced of the superiority of this company. First and foremost he listened and recognized the problems I had. He took time to find out what type of plants would please me. He recognized that I wanted plants with varied textures, colors and looks. He started by showing me various pictures of plants, making a list and then doing a cohesive design that is not just rows of hedges but beautiful plants that will thrive in the heat, stay within the spaces where they are planted and provide me future years of low maintenance, color, and unique foliage. He planted with the future in mind, not just the present. The initial removal and the clean up of the area was a large task that required time and backbreaking work. Bill and his crew were very professional and worked very hard at removal and clean up. The quality of the soil, mulch and plants that were used was of superior quality. I am thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend this company. I also intend to use them in the future for yard maintenance as their caring attitude is deeply evident and appreciated.

They come like clockwork. That's the best thing about them. They are very dependable. They are also very versatile and will do flower beds and other landscaping. The other great thing this business does is offer you a menu of things that they will do for you and you can just select what you want done and add things as you like. Just like a la carte.

I think they do a really good job on my yard. I have also had them do other things like planting for me. The price is very affordable for the mowing. They are timely and have never done anything but good work.
