Gerson is very professional and his team did wonderful work refinishing our floor. They also did a great job minimizing the dust from the sanding. He was very good with updates on the project. I would recommend them to anyone.

Floors look wonderful. Some sloppiness with stain splatters on the walls and trim. Overall, Gerson was always responsive, and his crew did a good job.

Gerson and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They accommodated my schedule and timeline and did amazing work even during a global pandemic. I would hire these guys to do any job they can handle in the future without giving it a second thought. He worked with me on pricing and the final result was incredible, especially considering it was a particularly difficult sand, stain, and refinish of a stranded bamboo flooring. Seriously. I'm hiring these guys for a remodel I'm managing for a family member. They showed up on time. The work was clean - didn't fill up the rest of my house with dust, and did exactly what they said they would do. What was the most impressive; they let the floor dry so we could see the finished product before making final payment. Most of these guys want payment as they're walking out the door. That way if there's a problem they can avoid your call. We are very happy with our experience. Thanks Gerson.

Excellent work, upfront about the cost, and very open about any issues that were likely to arise ( like nail holes from previous carpet installation ). It came out looking much better than I had hoped.

Gerson and his crew were great. We had 4 rooms of handscraped nail down woods installed and couldn't be happier. While it can be a mess, they kept it as clean as possible and finished as quickly as possible. I know others who have used him as well and are quite pleased also. I highly recommend.

We used this company for two separate projects - our small office building and our home. They did both install and refinishing/repairing projects. They were outstanding. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work, their timeliness, responsiveness and overall customer service. They started each project on time and finished both of them ahead of schedule. Their pricing was significantly below the other bids that I received. They do a terrific hand scraping job. Our office is in downtown McKinney and we welcome a potential client to arrange to stop by and see it.

Although Gerson's team (Jorge and others) had to be called back to apply another coat of urethane on a portion of the job they came back willingly with no hassle. It turned out great. They did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would do it. We are very pleased.
