Vince and Ann did an excellent job on our master bathroom remodel which included demoing our old bathroom and starting from scratch. They installed new master bathroom dual sinks with cabinets, custom faucets, custom free standing frameless glass shower, free standing tub, installed new floor and wall tiles, and ran new plumbing in the foundation and wall as well. They did an excellent job in keeping the work site clean during the whole process. They showed up on time and the communication was excellent too. Everything was delivered and completed on time and within our budget. We will be using them again for second guest bathroom soon.

Vince at Gemini Builders is an ultimate pro. A true artisan that takes pride in his craft. He communicated every day as to his arrival time and what he planned to accomplish for the day. He cleaned up at the end of every day. We could not be happier.

Vince is a true professional. His attention to the smallest details is very impressive. He takes time to be sure that everything is level, square, centered, and exactly as his customer wants it to be. He also has a great eye for design along with the knowledge of what will work best in the situation to make a project not only look good, but also be functional and user friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my master bath, have already hired him for a commercial project, and will definitely hire him again for our next renovation.

Vince with Gemini Builders was fantastic! We had our shower/bathtub and tile replaced in our children's bathroom. High quality work completed in a very timely and efficient manner. Vince is great to work with, flexible, great communicator and just a very nice person!

Vince did an amazing job, from start to finish he was very clear and transparent. Communication was never an issue which was great. My In-laws had their master and guest bath remodeled 8 years ago and unfortunately it went wrong quickly. Vince picked up immediately that the previous person lacked experience but never talked bad about what they did and simply remained professional by explaining what they did and what he will do to fix it. We did make a few changes here and there and Vince was very flexible and understanding. He was also amazing at keeping our budget on track. He has offered to come back and fix anything from this job should something happen which I greatly appreciated. Oh and he gave my dog lots of pats between work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest and detailed contractor.

This review is LONG over due! Vince was AMAZING! He was very professional, clean, and listened to what I wanted. For our bathroom remodel we ran into several surprises along the way and had to change things up. I also changed my mind on colors and Materials 3 times and he continued to be patient with me through the process. He fixed the toilet which wasn’t apart of the original deal, he had to custom fit my cabinets in because of the awkward layout, we had to change out the tub because it would fit right, I wanted this mini wall which he built in, and I kept adding small extras along the way. The only cons I had was the job took longer than expected but I don’t blame him because of all the issues we ran into, that were due to surprise once everything was ripped out and the paint they used in the bathroom wasn’t very good quality but again I don’t blame him because part of our negotiating was I wanted a “simple, low cost remodel”. The price we EXTREMELY fair especially for all the changes and all the other quotes I received. I also added a closet remodel to the job which turned out very cute! In the end he stay in budget as originally discussed even with the additions and changes. I would hire him in a heart beat again!

Gemini (Vince Parrino) did an entire remodel of our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium unit at 1350 Ala Moana Boulevard. Basically gutted everything and re-did the ceiling, lighting, walls, flooring, bathroom and kitchen. Very easy to work with and did a fantastic job of working with the building management in coordinating the work. End product looks fantastic with great customer service and value for the money. Vince also did a couple of bathroom remodels and upgrades in our home. Highly recommend.

Project went very well, Vice is very creative and designed 2 bathroom vanities out of repurposed furniture, a floating vanity for the master bath and a non-floating for the guest bath which required resizing to fit the space. Tile work was exceptional, very detail oriented.

Project went very well, although permit delays made for a long time line. Permit delays were not related to contractors work. Once permit was complete all work was performed on time and professionally. Very happy with the final outcome. Previous job was time and materials. This one I was responsible for materials which in the long run probably didn't really save me much as Vince is very good about finding good product for a good price.

Everything went really well and it turns out really great. They had a great communication every day. They understood what I wanted and they worked really hard every single day. My bathroom turns awesome. They provided a bathroom with high functions for what I needed. They worked with my design ideas. They created a completely custom bathroom.

Went very well. Vince was great with creative help in design of new bathroom, including altered shower and drains. He installed tile on walls and floor , new vanity and new lights. He was very patient and punctual. New bathroom works for wheelchair. I give him highest marks and 5 star recommendation to other homeowners
