Everything was good; getting a time scheduled required a few phone calls since you're dealing directly with the electrician rather than a scheduler. Overall, the work got done and was good but there was nothing that makes them stand out as an excellent provider.

Roger has done several things for us in the last couple of years including ceiling fan installation, replacement of wall switches, checking bad outlets, etc. He has always been reasonably priced. He is honest and doesn't try to upsell you. I have always been pleased with his work, timeliness, efficiency and price. Recently our breakers blew a few times for no known reason and our oven and microwave went out. We called Roger to check the breakers and he worked us in the same day. Apparently, my husband just didn't properly reset them, which is why the oven and microwave would not work. Roger suggested if we kept having problems that due to the age of the house, we might want to consider replacing some of the breakers. A little embarrassed, I had him inspect the current electrical hookup of my oven while he was here since we intend to replace it with a double. As I pulled out my checkbook to pay for the service call, he told me not to worry about it, that it was no charge! We of course will continue to use him.

The process went extremely well; it was completed in less than 30 minutes which included assembling the new fan.

Roger was very punctual. He came today and rang our doorbell at exactly the start time that we agreed on yesterday. He courteously asked what were the problems and he immediately got them ALL fixed. He replaced a GFI outlet and he would not want to take money for it - I got a replacement part for FREE. I got his number now and will pass it on to my friends that needs him. Highly recommended professional service.

It's only 1 provider, and he didn't bring all of his tools, and when he was there the first time, he couldn't find the problem. He couldn't find the issue when he came back the next day as well. He left his mess behind, and it just wasn't a great experience.

Roger was timely responding to our initial call, on time to the first appointment, on time to do the work. He figured it would take a few hours on one day, and that was correct. He did exactly what I wanted and needed done, all to code, cleaned up the mess. He worked efficiently. The work cost exactly what I expected it to cost. Very reasonable charge to install new LED can lighting. I couldn't be happier with the results. We will definitely call Roger back for additional electrical work.

It went well. I had an old hanging light that needed replaced assembled and installed over my breakfast table. David ( if memory serves name ), did the work. After installation we noticed that it was not hanging correctly so he removed it for me so I could return to store and select another. Now he didn't charge me that day, but he waited until I made my 2nd light choice and scheduled him back out to do this install. I did have to pay for 2 installs, but it wasn't his fault the fixture wasn't hanging straight the first time. 👍🏼

I contacted Freedom Electric to do some minor electrical work. This included adding 5 electric outlets, replacing a bathroom ceiling light, and rewiring some under counter lights in the kitchen. They came out on Wednesday 5/17/16 and indicated the cost would be about $325 but would have to get a price for the under counter lights. He asked if I wanted the work done that day and I said yes. He then told me he would have to come back on Thursday or Friday and would call me with a total price. That was the last time I heard from him. All he would have had to do is tell me he wasn't able to do the work and I would have just gotten someone else. There is nothing worse for a contractor to do than not keep his word. I have no intention of calling again and again on something that is the basics for any business. I haven't had a light in my bathroom for over a week and finally just did the work myself.

Amazing experience. Would highly recommend this company. Timely, quick, and good value. I had purchased a deal for two hours of electrical service and he got more work done in that time than I thought he would. Friendly and knowledgable. Would highly recommend.

I called Freedom Electric on a Monday and he arrived the next day as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed and repaired defective wiring that prevented lights around my pool from functioning. On top of the excellent service, he charged less than half of what the company that originally installed the wiring was going to charge me to fix their own work.

I called Freedom Electric to take care of several small jobs based on many good reviews on Angie's List, and I'm glad I did. Roger came out and installed a new outdoor outlet for a drainage pump and removed old, unnecessary pool wiring. He found the problem with our kitchen light (a bad switch) and replaced it. He also recommended that we look into replacing some track lighting ourselves, as the cost to repair the malfunctioning light could be higher than purchasing a newer (and more modern) set. He worked quickly and efficiently, his rates were very reasonable, and I appreciate the newly-functional electrical work as well as the good cost-saving advice. I will definitely call Roger again when we need electrical work!

After a call to Freedom, Roger came out next day and replaced old breaker. He was prompt and on time, very professional and I will definitely use him for future projects. I thought his rates were reasonable and he did a great job.

We bought a new stove and did not realize the old one was hard wired in while the new one plugged in. Called Roger at Freedom Electric and he moved the cable to a lower location, installed a receptacle, wired the plug on to the stove and put it in place and leveled it. He was fast, efficient and professional. Definitely worth the money.
