Description of Work: Roger was on time and very responsive. He straightened out wiring that had been incorrectly "repaired" by another vendor - and for a price far less than I had anticipated. I plan on using him whenever I have electrical issues!

Description of Work: They replaced 3 bathroom lights and the service went well. I say it's pricey because I paid for 2 hrs of work but miscalculated the amount of time it would take and he needed less than 1 hour. Although I like this provider I will look at a different way to price any further service.

Description of Work: Had an issue with lights that was also a safety issue. Came quickly to assess, but did not take the time to assess the safety situation that was the most concerning. Came back with the wrong lights. Would have taken 5 minutes more on the first visit to determine what to order. Never heard from him again after that second visit with the wrong lights. Went to another company.

Description of Work: I've used this company before and the service was great. This time, however, things did not go so well. I've tried on several occasions over the past 5 months to schedule service. Once scheduled, appointments were missed, there were no calls to reschedule or explanation of why the appointment was missed. He did come and do an estimate once, but that's the last I've seen of him. I won't be using his service again.
