Roger was awesome. He replaced my fan and installed my wall controller with no issues. Very friendly guy and my upstairs is now smarter and cooler with that fan up there!

The contractor called me within 10 minutes of having purchased his service through Angie's List. He explained that he would be going on vacation in several days and wanted to get me into his schedule before he left. He said he would call me back the following day, which he did. We arranged for him to come out at 8:00 am Wednesday morning. He arrived promptly and did the removed the ceiling light and installed the ceiling fan, all in about an hour. He cleaned up before leaving. We are very pleased and will contact Freedom Electric again for other electrical needs.

Since then - I've called 9-10 times for help- occasionally returns calls and says he'll call back with schedule, but then never calls back -never shows up. This guy is a total flake. Don't waste your time.

I read through the pricing and the issue was I had a extra tall ceiling. Say 20 ft to the ceiling. So it was hard to reach. It didn't make any mention to extra cost in the Big Deal. I couldn't find a disclaimer or anything. I called the company and they said that's not right there should be a disclaimer. He stated it should be there. Overall, it gets a C because of that. He did a fine job on the work. I give him a B.

It went well but they would not haul the old fan product which was very disappointing.

Roger return my call very quickly and within 30 minutes was at our home. He quickly located the problem - a blown wall socket in a remote bedroom. Other companies would have taken several hours to locate this as the house was miswired when remodeled 20 years ago. We've used many electricians through the years, but this company tops them all in both knowledge and service.

It took a while to nail down a date, but once Roger came out to the house, he did a great job. He came out in the morning and got everything on my list completed. He installed recessed lights throughout the house, removed lighting fixtures from two ceiling fans, removed ceiling speakers, installed LED lighting in hall, laundry room, closet and front porch, changed out switches and added dimmers. It was a pleasure working with Roger, and I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend Freedom Electric.

Roger arrived on time and professionally installed and completed the job. I have used Roger before and am pleased with his work. Will use him again if needed.

Wow. This electricity whisperer almost intuited what we needed and fixed everything in under an hour and charged us way less than we expected. He's not much for talking on the phone or in person. He just goes right to work. We had been told that rewiring and going into the attic would be involved and that it would be very expensive, so we had put off getting work done for years. We had not had a stove top for years because of this. Now we can cook! The way he worked, he's gotta be psychic or something LOL! We are very grateful!

Super. The gentleman came and installed the light outside. Then he installed the switch inside and then changed the switches around on one "bank" of switches. Then he left. Short and sweet. I appreciated the fact that he came in, did the work, and then left. I would definitely hire him again.

No cleaning at all in any of the areas that were drilled. Fan rod was known by him to be too short yet he went ahead and installed it and after installing asked us to get a longer rod which he installed next time. Fan remote fried after install so we now need to get a new one to run the fan. He did come back and install the longer rod but could have been handled better by not installing the fan at all.

Excellent. Worked around our schedule and waited for when we got delayed. Great job.

11/23/2016 Left phone message 10:0 am, and had response within 10 minutes. Roger from Freedom Electric called and listened to the description of our electrical problem, he then provided options to check before scheduling an appointment. His suggestions worked, and I called him back to say thank you, then informed him he is now in our cell phones for future work - backyard patio and grilling scheduled this spring!
