Roger was great! Answered phone right away, came out next morning to give us an estimate. Arrived exactly when he said he would. We had requested estimates for several different electrical projects so he told us he would call the next day with estimate. He called exactly when he told us he would. We scheduled the work and he arrived the next day right on time. Roger was professional and friendly and we are very happy with the work he did.

Roger arrived when he estimated he would be available. He determined what he needed to do and did it quickly and effectively. Compared to the high dollar companies that advertise on TV and charge outrageous amounts for comparable service, Roger is a bargain. I will definately use him again when an electrical need arises.

Called on a Friday afternoon. He said he would be here within the hour and was. He looked at the problem and at a dimmer switch that was giving us trouble. He gave us needed advice about the switch and said he would charge his service call of $85 to fix the bathroom lights. He did the repairs quickly and put in our new bulbs. He cleaned up well and everything works fine now. He was very cordial and gave us his 10% Angie's List discount even though he didn't need to get any parts.

Short, sweet to the point. Called that morning. Came out that afternoon. Problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Granted it was an easy fix (lose wire), but for somebody who doesn't mess around with electricity, it was worth the service charge.

I had originally gotten a bid for $2100 for the project, and Freedom Electric was much more affordable. Roger answered the phone immediately every time I called, was able to come out within the hour for the original bid, and had the job completed PERFECTLY (and I'm a hard customer to please) by the end of the week. He arrived at the exact moment we had agreed, was not one minute late, cleaned up the debris afterwards, and was one of the most seamless projects we've ever had done to our home.

I called, he came within the hour and not only fixed the problem but explained what had happened and made recommendations on some improvements we need to take care of. Quoted us a fair price for the recommended work.

Sent a brief summary via email to the company and followed up with a phone call with the same info. Roger came out on Friday to give us an estimate. The estimate was fair and reasonable, and we set up for a Monday date to do the work. Very low stress and easy to work with, will call them again for future needs.

They were very punctual. He got the job done within a hour hanging the chandelier. Most other companies were charging about $95.00 to come out and $100.00 to hang the chandelier. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the work that he did.

Went well. However it is hard to schedule an appt. With Roger. He is really laid back and may or may not return your call immediately.

They are very inexpensive and nice people, but you have to be patient when working with them because they are slow with their services.
