Tech responded the same day and worked very efficiently. So efficiently that I still had time remaining on the initial visti. I need additional work done and the tech agreed to allow me a credit for the time remaining on the initial visit. It was a very personable experience and I plan ot use this company in the future..

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. There were no additional charges. They were prompt on the date we scheduled. They were courteous and good to work with. They were a little off on the punctuality.

Nothing ... Promised to return and never called

They were great about initial contact and committed to meeting me on Thursday or Friday. Nothing happened. They didn't call and they didn't show.

The tech arrived at my house and spoke with my father-in-law since I couldn't be home. He measured the ceiling and determined that at 23ft, he would need scaffolding to do the install and would call me back at a later time. I still have not received a call, so I have to assume that they are not interested in doing the work. A simple phone call would have been fine, but I can't say that I'd ever recommend after failing to extend that basic courtesy.

Originally, Freedom Electronic responded to my purchase via email requesting that I call to schedule an appointment. I had called to have them schedule a time to correct wiring in the Kitchen/Dining room/Laundry room that had been wired incorrectly by the previous owner and left us in the dark in each of those rooms. It was during the week of Christmas so they asked for me to call back after the holidays. I called again the week between Christmas and New Year's and we played phone tag a couple times before we made contact I was asked to call back after the holiday to schedule a time.

He works quickly and cleans up after himself when finished. His prices are competitive.

It turned out okay. I paid for the service thinking it was going to be a lot more expensive than it was. So I'm not sure if the service should have cost as much as the entire coupon did. I'm not an electrician so I really don't know how much those things cost. It cost me a little bit extra beyond the big deal amount. I remember that when I did it it seemed like maybe it wouldn't have been so expensive if I wouldn't have bought the coupon but I'm not sure. The service was performed no more than a week after the deal was purchased. They seemed very professional. They went straight to it, fixed the issue and left. I have no complaints really.

Freedom Electric was the second bid we obtained for the work; the first bid was from a large, highly-advertised company at a cost of more than 3 times what Freedom Electric charged for the work. I would highly recommend Freedom Electric; they responded immediately to the request for a service visit, did not charge for providing an estimate and completed the work in a very thorough manner at a reasonable price. We will use them for all of our electrical needs in the future.

I contacted this company on 1/6/14 regarding providing an estimate to remove my current exterior lighting system in preparation for installation of a new one. I also needed several exterior outlets installed. I was told by the company that someone would contact me and stop by the house later that same week. No response or follow-up call. I went with another provider.

He said that he was going to fix another switch, he did not have the switch with him, he was going to check into it and get back to me. I have not heard back from him yet. Otherwise, it turned out fine. I would use them again.

We purchased the 2 hour coupon for $155 (II think that was the deal). We had a long list of items we needed done - all outside outlets needed to be checked. 4 patio lights needed to be installed, a new light needed to be installed as a dusk to dawn with a light switch, another light needed to be replaced with a dusk to dawn. Inside a switch needed to be replaced. A ballast needed to be replaced. He estimated about 4 hours of work. We had a date all set and he never showed. I was quite disappointed as I had Christmas lights being put up that needed the outside outlets. He seemed like a real nice guy and I was looking forward to working with him. Now I'll be looking for a different electrician and finding out how to get a credit for my coupon purchase. I also need a credit put through on our credit card for the coupon we purchased

|Roger came out and installed the smoke alarms and then told us that the switches I had purchased were not to code and that he recommended remote switches found at a big box store. |He came back a week later to finish the work after I was able to locate the correct parts. |He was professional and completed the work quickly. He also gave me some ideas for how to deal with an ugly light above my fireplace and noisy fans in my bathrooms. |It's nice to do business with someone knowledgeable about their trade and fair in their pricing. |The Angie's deal was worth it for the amount of work we had completed.

Showed up on time, did the work in a timely and efficient manner. Will hire again.

Everything went fine except he never got back to me on the ceiling fan switches.

He was on time, explained what he was doing and have me some useful information regarding ceiling fans. he did the job quickly and cleaned up all the boxes as well as the old fan. I would definitely use him again for electrician needs

I purchased 2 of the Big Deals for ceiling fan installation - $80 each. The ceiling fans were installed, he worked quickly and I have no complaint there. However, I gave an overall rating of a C because before purchasing the deals I called to make sure I would be able to get the appointment time I needed as I was having to take off work. I scheduled almost 2 weeks in advance and he was supposed to be at my house around 9-10am the scheduled morning. When he hadn't arrived by noon, I called and he said something came up and that he needed to come the next day. I explained to him that would not work for me because I had used the last of my vacation to get this done and so he agreed to come that day but it would be sometime in the afternoon before he got here. He did arrive mid afternoon and got the job done but I think that if something came up he should have at least called to let me know. If he had let me know in advance I could have arranged to be home on a different day.

Went very well, I would recommend this provider.

This guy is super fast! I was shocked by how much he was able to do in two hours. He replaced all of the switches and plugs in the house and I only expected three to be done.

One of our trees fell on the power line that goes from the street to the house pulling down the line and bending the box. Roger came out and fixed it the day after I called him. He did a great job and charged less than his initial estimate. I am using him again this week for something else that popped up!

Working with Roger was a pleasure. I first called him on Friday after a big ice storm, only had power to half of the house. He said I should call the power company first. After messing with the power company for a few days, the power would come on intermittently; they finally told me it was on my side of the meter. I called Roger back on Monday, he came out that day, diagnosed the problem saying I needed a new breaker panel. He came out the next day with a new, updated panel and had it installed within a few hours! The old panel was an odd size, but Roger had to make a few cuts in the drywall to open up the area and was able to install the new one with no problems. There was some additional work that needed to be done on the box on the outside, and he took care of that. I highly recommend Roger. He arrived when he said he was going to, very accessible, returned my phone calls and did everything he said he was going to do.

Did a great job installing the lights. Was fast and did not waste time. Definitely would use again.

He put in a light wall switch in the closet and moved the globe light to the center. He also put in a new fan in my bedroom. The work performed was done very quickly and very well. The only issue was that he forgot about my initial appointment and took some time to get back to me.
