We were very pleased with this electrician. We called on a Saturday, and he came out the same day. He accurately accessed the problem and fixed it quickly. We were very thankful for his promptness and professionalism. We felt his price was more than fair and will use him again.

He did a great job. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. He put plugs in at my office. He came on time when scheduled. He had to add extra wires and did that without any extra charge.

Had an electrical issue in ceiling fan wiring. Tech came out and diagnosed it was a crimped wire. Fixed the wiring and installed ceiling fan in an hour.

He came out in a very timely fashion, gave me a fair bid, came back the next day with necessary equipment, was in and out very fast! Did a great job! Thanks

The provider showed up on time and did a great job. I plan to use them to put up the rest of the fans in my house as we replace them.

My experience with them was horrible. I had to call a number of times before I got him over there. I got a variety of excuses from them and they did not work the entire time. I do not feel like I got my money's worth. My advice is not to use them.

I called and spoke to Roger to set up the appointment and let him know I had a brand new ceiling fan that I installed a few months ago that did not work and was not sure which of his deals to purchase. He offered to come out and look at the fan before charging me ($80 for the ceiling fan or the deal for 2 hours of electrical work). I was honestly worried that the job was going to be a huge ordeal because the folks at the fan manufacture and the home store both told me the problem was with the wiring in my home. It took him all of 2 minutes to figure out that the fan didn't work because the remote wasn't correctly programmed. That's all (Not even the manufacturer or the folks at the home store could tell me that. What he did is not even in the instructions - I went back and checked!) He programmed the remote, closed everything back up and was done. I am very grateful that it was done so quickly and he charged me his fan installation deal fee.

Had an electrical issue with a light staying on constantly on our overhead garage door opener after our home had a lightening strike after a storm. Unfortunately, this electrician does not work on overhead garage door openers. He was polite and prompt in contacting me though.

Roger responded very quickly. I had purchased ceiling fan work, but when we talked, added a third fan, repair of door bell and light fixture. This was not a problem. We worked out a time/date for visit. He was prompt and did work in timely manner. The cost for extra work was very reasonable. Would certainly use again.

Set up a time to meet provider to come work on the above issue and they did not show up or call.

Roger showed up on time and got straight to work. It took him a little less than 2 hours to complete all the work. He brought all his own tools and installed everything needed without any further direction. Everything looks and works great and I couldn't be happier!

Roger was easy to work with and installed the fans quickly and efficiently. When he arrived he discovered he would need some parts he did not have with him, we rescheduled the work to later in the week. I have used Roger before and he is one of the fastest workers I have ever had. Everything went smoothly and worked as it should. I will use Freedom Electric again.

Returned call quickly and came out to provide an estimate the very next day. Made arrangements to conduct the quoted services. Install date came, but did not show up at appointed time. Called to check on status and was told that an emergency had come up but would still be by that day. Did arrive and quickly went about the assigned jobs. One of four contractors we requested and received quotes regarding project. One of two that did not indicate we needed to change out our entire breaker box and rewire the house. Quoted job was significantly less than all others. Worked as one man crew so probably why lower cost, but everything went smoothly; cleaned up after himself and everything was as quoted - an entire project quote, not job by job. Would definitely use again.

Good, it's solid and does not wiggle or make any noise

The final work was fine, but the electrician was not very prompt. He missed more than three scheduled appointments. We were working on a tight deadline to add electricity to our backyard and the missed appointments caused some stress. Ultimately, the job was completed on time (day before the event). But would have preferred a more timely response.

It went great. I like the flexibility he chose. He did it for the price. He would definitely be the guy that I’ll call again.

I was impressed with Roger. He made recommendations and did a very nice job. He also cleaned up some wiring in my junction box.

It was really good. He did it all in 2 hours. He came within a day or two to do the work. I didn't spend more than the Big Deal price. I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends. He was very efficient and got his work done. He did all the work I needed him to do and he was on time.

It was a little expensive, but he moved fans for us also. He also took some fans off and replaced them.

Went fine. Arrived on time; went right to work. Cleaned up after each task. Very pleased.

When they came out the first time, they reset the breaker and left. Of course the breaker popped again and it ended being a bad breaker. They came out and put in a new breaker and it also malfunctioned. I had to end up calling someone else to repair my breaker box.

Purchased 2 hours of labor through the vendors coupon. The vendor had to complete the Orkney in two visits. He was professional and responsive. He called with 24 hours and scheduled a convenient appointment. He arrived on time and hung the light fixture and replaced the wall socket. I originally requested that he repair the cabinet light system but we quickly realized that system really needed to be replaced. I requested a quote on a LED system that credited the remaining hour of service. He agreed. A week later, I had not heard from him and had to call and prompt him. A few days later, he called and said that an LED system was not available. I requested a quote on a xenon system. A week later, I emailed him requesting a written quote with 48 hours. He called the next day with a quote. We scheduled time time and he did a great job completing the job. I would use him again.
