Roger installed 3 ceiling fans for me. He was right on time and did a great job.

It was an absolute nightmare, bacaue it was more than 10 feet in the air. At that point, I have had 5 others to try and get to look at it. They all came and looked at it and never came back, so, atleast they did the work for me. At that point I was just happy to get the work done.

Service was impeccable and the results were efficiently delivered. The service provider was professional and courteous.

He did not seem very interested in our business. He never contacted me again.

It went well. The electrician was great. The scheduling was an “A” and I got the job done when I needed it.

It didn't turn out too great. He was abrasive and rude. He didn't even talk to me or take anything away. He was just really rude. He could be more communicative and helpful.

Turned out better than I epected. Roger does quality work.

After calling to ask if he could swing by early, which was fine with us, Roger arrived and replaced the outdoor flood light fixture in just a few minutes and did a great job.

They had the best price and were very good. The head electrician was very flexible with time.

I highly recommend. He worked very quickly and was very professional. There was a small incident where his tool belt hit a picture hanging on my wall which fell and broke. He immediately told me and wanted to reimburse me. He didn't invoice me until we knew the cost to replace the frame and agreed to deduct the cost from the bill. I was very impressed by this. I will absolutely call him again if I need an electrician.

That was very good. He corrected that, found the wires, spliced it back together. The only thing I didn't like is he didn't clean up after himself. Everything is very good.

Very well, was a quick and easy process. Work was done properly and still works great!

They are punctual and precise. I like their knowledge of local construction and code. They solved the problem in two minutes. They came in, described the issue based on his knowledge of local construction and the codes that were in place when the house was built. He went right into the issue and solved it. It was terrific.

Roger came out on Wednesday to look at the job, He said he needed to use flex wire to be within code. He did not have the Flex wire with him so we scheduled for Friday. He was able to run the flex wire from a plug on the other side of the wall in the master bedroom, I am pleased with the job and would recommend Roger. I plan to use him again.

Excellent service! Mr. Davis was very polite and professional, and got the job done in a matter of minutes. The fact that he squeezed me into his schedule today and drove from Allen to North Richland Hills so that I could have this done before relatives descend on me tomorrow is proof of the care he takes to accommodate his customers. I called Roger around 1:15pm on a Monday to see if he could install a ceiling electrical outlet for me. I already had all the parts (the outlet, the blue box, the cover plate, and the cabling.) Roger showed up around 2:15pm the same day. I had the ladder out already, and it took him maybe 20-30 minutes total to complete the job. For $85, it was far more convenient than me trying to do it myself. I've done this work before, but was wary or going through the attic and attaching it to an existing outlet. He opted to wire it to a smoke detector, which works just as well. I was pleasantly surprised not only that he came out within an hour, but that he also completed the work in such a quick manner. It would've taken me a few hours. It was money well spent.

Took a little while to get the work scheduled, but he was on time and efficient once we had a day and time agreed upon.

I spoke with a man from freedom electric and told him I need the fan installed either Fri, Sat or Monday. He stated they were not able to do the job in that time frame and that I should request a refund and state there was a scheduling conflict, so that is what I am doing. I would like a full refund to my account of $80.00 Thanks.

Roger was great. When I initially scheduled my appointment, he came out prepared to do the job but as I was explaining what I wanted, he pointed out that while he would do whatever I asked, he thought it would look better if I changed it up a bit. My original plan was to do smaller undercabinet lights and fewer pendants. So, he left that day without charging me anything and came back for the install a few days later after I bought the additional fixtures. He did a great job and I would absolutely use him again. I really appreciated his option and am bery glad I took his advice.

It went very well. Roger arrived at the appointment time and went straight to work. The ceiling in the great room in 11' high and he set up his ladder and changed out the fan without comment. His "ad" had indicated he required notification if the ceiling was 12' or higher so I had hoped there wouldn't be a problem and there wasn't. He was friendly without being chatty, professional, and worked with a minimum of fuss. My kind of service provider.
