Roger was great!!! He knocked out the canned lights extremely fast as well as installing another light fixture. I have used him in the past and will continue to in the future.

My experience with Freedom Electric was positive in every way. The communication was good, scheduling was prompt and the electrician arrived within the scheduled time. He was efficient and did a great job. He was friendly and took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. He even found and repaired an outlet that I didn't realize was not working. He completed the job quickly and didn't leave a mess behind. There were no extra surprise charges either. I will definitely call Freedom Electric for any future repairs and I recommend them highly to others seeking quality electrical services.

I was calling around yesterday morning to try to find an electrician available that morning - yikes!! Roger was able to work me in that morning and completed the work within 30 minutes!! And he was less expensive than several others. He was amazing! Very quick response, super nice and professional. The work was done at a house in Plano we were selling, and I will definitely be using him for our own house in McKinney.

I don't feel like he did a good job. He wasn't a nice person when he got here. I didn't like him. I have two light switches that connect to that fan and him being an electrician, only one of my lights are working to that fan. Its like I've got to get somebody else for this to fix it or make it right. They didn't do what they were supposed to do. I probably have to pay him more to get it done right. He could have acted like he wasn't in such a rush to actually finish the installation. He could have actually connected my light switches to the fan. I called him back because it was still wobbling and all he did was put some weights on the propellers of the fan and it was still wobbling. But he told me that it would settle but it was worse. I purchased this deal through Angie's List.

The initial visit was very helpful and Roger's recommendations were well reasoned in my estimation. I provided him a two page document consisting of questions, repairs I needed done, and a new install of kitchen cabinet lighting and external motion detector flood fixtures and a master control switch. Roger addressed the questions on the punch list to my satisfaction. The punch list I provided Roger described in detail the repair items and new install work I wanted done: New kitchen cabinet LED lighting, wiring for external motion detector flood lights (I'd already purchased the LED fixtures so the work would entail replacing the existing halogen flood fixtures with the new LED fixtures, any wiring to put all the external floods on a single circuit and installing a master switch in the house to connect all the new LED external floods so I could turn them all off on those windy Texas nights when blowing grass seems to trigger motion detectors and light up the night. Roger provided information that resolved a couple of items on my punch list and I gave him a copy of the punch list document to take with him as he did not have the GFIs on hand and would have to reschedule given the work requested.Before he left, Roger said he would review the list in further detail and create an estimate and call me. I asked that he email the written estimate and he agreed. We were good until that point. He left and did not contact me again with an update on his availability to come again, nor did he provide a estimate, written or verbal. I called him, talked to him on his mobile phone and he said he'd misplaced the printed punch list I gave him during his initial visit. OK, that can happen. I emailed him the punch list document, again requesting a date when he would do thework and a written estimate. I received neither. Days later, I called him again on his mobile and informed him that I wanted to cancel the service with him sinc ei felt I was having to play the role of "Supervisor" to push along a project that wasn't getting done. I'd paid $155 via the Angie List "deal" (still available on Angies list) and informed Roger I consider the service rendered in his initial visit covered and was not interested in a refund, just wanted to cancel the work with Freedom Electric. I emailed Roger with the same message. Roger did call my mobile number several time after that and left voice mail messages expressing regrets and offering to schedule a time to come out to do the work. I did not respond. I understand that service providers are human beings and real people and have stuff come up that may impact business. It'[s my thought this was one of those occasions and that this particular potential engagement was just not to be. I see that Freedom Electric is highly rated and many very positive ratings. That's great! ! I wish Freedom Electric continued success. I engaged another Electrician to complete most of the items on my punch list and decided to skip on the kitchen cabinet lighting.

I called on Jan. 7 in the morning, and he told me they would come in the afternoon which they did. The tech was on time and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciate their professionalism and punctuality.

It went fine. They charged a little bit more. They could have asked me the type of bell I wanted.

Electric Freedom is a really good company. I had Roger working on my projects and he gave me the requested list on a proposal a few days before work started. Due to the nature of my work and shutting the power off, it took more than one day to complete, however that wasn't his fault. He showed up on time each time and was ready to work. The one thing I really liked about Roger was he wasn't trying to get you to purchase the most expensive stuff out there. He would give you his honest opinion and give you the lowest and highest cost of whatever items were needing to be installed. I would definitely work with Electric Freedom again.

Called and made appointment, he inspected and verified the power issue was the pump itself. As a courtesy, he looked at a few other connections and we came to the conclusion a possible electrical storm might have caused all of the pump and power issues. He was very friendly and helpful

Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I would definitely use them again. My only advice would be to make a list of every possible thing that you need to have done before purchasing this deal so that you don't waste your time or the time of the person who is performing the service by trying to think things up after they have called you. The more that you can put on the list the better and let them tell you what they do or do not have time for. A big shout out to Roger, the person who performed the services. He doesn't waste time and he did everything right.

Well, Roger is very speedy, no dilly dally. He moved/installed 5 light fixtures in a 70 minutes.

Roger was great! He got everything working for us again! He's very skilled and knowledgeable . These projects that would have taken my husband and I all day was a 2 hour job for him. I have used Roger before and he is always very fair and reasonable in his pricing as he was again with this project! I will continue to use him for any electrical projects that come up at my house!

Job was done well. I am glad that I took his advice and purchased florescent lights from him. They were better than I would have bought at the home store. I am getting older and need more light. Those 16 florescent bulbs lights up the garage like daylight. I hope that I don't have any airplanes landing on my street by mistake. My power tools and I are happy with the upgrade to 20amp plugs which solved my low amp problem. Happy! Happy!

However he did not clean up after completion. He was professional and courteous.
