 + -1 moreWe use Firestone because it's nearby, but I don't know if I would recommend them. Sometimes I feel like they say we need services that we don't need. They were just very typical, I don't love them. I have been using them just because of convenience.

Description of Work: We go to them for all of our car mechanic needs. They did have some trouble with our Volkswagen, but other than they they have been great. They are friendly, and I feel like they are good to do business with.

 + -1 moreEverything went according to plan. Unfortunately, the extra road hazzard protection didn't cover the nail in the tire I had due to its location. However, they did work with me on a new replacement with a pretty good pro ration and felt like they took care of it the best they could.

 + -1 moreTook my 2004 Suburban in for maintenance prior to a road trip to Colorado. I needed an oil change, front end alignment, and my brakes checked as there was a squealing coming from the front right wheel. I dropped my vehicle off around 7AM and by 9AM I had a call from Firestone that my brakes were fine but the bearing on my front right tire needed to be replaced and my water pump was leaking. The service manager was able to provide me a discount based on multiple services being done at one time. I feel fortunate that the water pump that was about to go out was discovered prior to my family's 2,000 plus mile trip to Colorado and the mountains. There were many stretches of road through West Texas and New Mexico that I would not have been able to call for assistance is my water pump went out due to no cell phone coverage. I would definitely trust my vehicles with Firestone off of Stacy Road in Allen, TX.
