FAUCETT ROOFING

Tore off old roof and installed complete new composition roof. Served as General Contractor and coordinated with various contractors to fix other damage - i.e. painters to fix upstairs leak caused by old roof, deck contractor to re-stain pergola, and window contractor to replace damaged screens. Faucett Roofing was very easy to work with and communicated well with us. All services were performed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.

Everything went well. Gary is a great guy, I requested his assistance for some more work on the house baically the soffits that needed to be replaced, I never heard back from him so I called him and he assured me that he will call back later that afternoon but its been over a month and I have not heard from him. I know he is a busy guy and I am sure with every thing going on my request must have slip past him. Anyway, he is honest and provides quality service.

This is the third job I've done with Gary. He has reshingled our entire house, then shingled a new 2-car garage, and now shingled our new 321- sq. ft addition. He is the man I will call for any roofing jobs. He's like a family friend, and he always takes his time (sometimes too much, ha,ha) to talk with you and go over anything you want to know. He's been to our house to discuss other issues that we've contemplated, and he takes genuine interest in the problems at hand. He does NOT come off as a salesman (even though he has to be to run a business), but you never feel pressured, and you feel like you're chatting with a friend. I solely recommend him for your roofing needs because his quality of work is excellent, and he does the work in a very timely manner!

They tore up a valley that was not constructed correctly, fabricated necessary flashings, removed roofing patch that I had put in place to try to stop the leaks, and repaired 5 rows of shingles that were placed end to end rather than being properly spaced apart.

Gary is a great guy to work with. He really takes his time talking with you and going over ANY concerns / details of the job. He is very fair, and makes a great effort to accommodate your schedule. He gets the job done in a very timely manner, and his crew cleans up very well. He's done work in my neighborhood before. We always feel very comfortable talking with him, and he's very down-to-earth. He doesn't talk the big talk like many sales guys do. He's a real person, and you feel that when you talk with him so that you can address any details of the job and go over roofing choices and the different prices, etc... His prices are very fair, and we even had him tear off and re-do a bad roofing job on part of the house that another contractor had done for us. His guys did a much better job! The only thing worth mentioning is that Gary prefers to take on roofing jobs that don't require any carpentry, structure repairs, chimney repairs, or anything that can complicate the job that would leave the roof exposed for an extended period of time.

We have used Gary before because we like his work. We told him that we will need his services to roof our new garage, and he stayed in touch with us to know when we'd be ready. Although we were not ready to put on the shingles, he was nice enough to send his son (who is in the business now) to come and put tar paper on the roof to protect it from the oncoming rains until we were ready to roof. They were very prompt, and he did not charge us a penny until the entire roof was completed and everything was cleaned up. We just feel very comfortable working with him and will use him in the future if need be.
