Adam responded quickly to the e-mail request I made. We met up at my home the next day for the cost estimate. He definitely knew a lot about trees and advised me accordingly. On the first big oak tree I expressed a fear of one of its limbs hanging over my roof. He advised that it would be better for the health of the tree to remove the limb from the trunk rather than just cutting off the end of it that hung over the roof. After he explained why it made perfect sense to me. He took the time to make sure exactly what I wanted done on each tree. The other oak tree in front just needed some uplifting from the sidewalk and again he showed me exactly what he would do and why. In the backyard I have two large old oak trees also. These needed trimming because of hangover to the alleyway and again over the roof. Adam explained exactly which limbs he would take off to ease my fears of them scraping my roof. We set a date for the next day for him to do the work at the reasonable price he quoted me. I was not at home when he did his work, but when I pulled into the alleyway, I immediately saw the improvement. He trimmed all of the trees as requested and it just opened up so much light onto my front and back yards. Also, they left my property cleaner than when they came, brushing off the small acorns from the roof, sweeping the front and back sidewalk and driveway, and raking and hauling away all of the debris. I was very happy with Adam's service and professionalism and will recommend him to my friends and family.
